EDM powerhouses Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Vini Vici and MATTN unite for Smash The House’s latest dancefloor export, ‘Café Del Mar.’ Taking inspiration from the world’s top party island Ibiza, the trio emblazon Balaeric beats, superclub energy and tantalising drops into a fresh reworking of  the 2016 hit.

A duo synonymous with explosive Tomorrowland performances and EDM stardom, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike reign as one of the most influential dance music acts of the last decade. 2019 single ‘Instagram’ saw DVLM and David Guetta team up with Afro Bros, Daddy Yankee and Natti Natasha on a summer anthem that has amassed over 262 million streams on Spotify alone. Combined with tracks such as ‘The Hum’ and #1 Billboard dance chart-topper ‘Higher Place,’ it’s no wonder that Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike have continuously ranked in DJMag’s Top 100 poll since 2011, taking home gold in 2015 and 2019. 

Fellow residents of DJMag’s Top 100, Vini Vici have been trailblazing psytrance across the electronic circuit since the early 00s. In 2016 the Israeli duo’s remix of ‘Hilight Tribe – Free Tibet’ made history as the first ever psytrance track to chart in Beatport’s top 10 at #2. Since then, they’ve released with the likes of Steve Aoki, NERVO, Alok, Timmy Trumpet and even scored platinum with Armin Van Buuren on single ‘Great Spirit.’ Undoubtably the kings of psytrance, Vini Vici now strive to bring the genre to the masses through their label imprint Alteza Records.

Contributing her prowess as a producer best-known for high-octane hits, MATTN brings her big-room sound to ‘Café Del Mar.’ The Belgian DJ has graced the stages of Creamfields and Tomorrowland with her unbeatable energy adorned by fans. Tracks such as ‘Children’ and her take on the infamous ‘Logical Song,' have soared MATTN’s worldwide streams into the millions. In more recent times, the multi-faceted artist has excelled her creativity as vocalist and delved into the realms of deep house.  

Electrifying synths lead the way as ‘Café Del Mar’ is reimagined with a contemporary danceability. High intensity builds culminate in a trance-fixed euphoric climax as the spoken words ‘we are energy’ command an almighty drop which grooves into a zorbing dance beat. Combining their individually unique skillsets and influences, the duo of MATTN and DJ’s From Mars were able to blend their separate sonic profiles in to one coherent party remix of Picotto’s classic electronic anthem ‘Komodo’. Two superstars of the EDM world combine and unsurprisingly, they bring the house down! Breathing new life in to a seminal hit in the EDM scene, the duo completely flip the original on its head by trading the calmer sections in the original for thumping kick drums and heavier emphasis on that unforgettable synth line.

At only 26 years old, MATTN is one of the youngest yet hottest prospects in the EDM scene. In her short but illustrious career so far, the young starlet has performed at Creamfields, Tomorrowland, Sunburn and various other clubs across the world, including Dubai, Italy and her home country of Belgium. Her meteoric rise to fame has caught the attention of lots of big players in the game, most notably Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Afrojack and Steve Angelo. The Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike partnership would eventually lead to MATTN becoming the first female producer to release on the famed Smash The House label!

DJ’s From Mars are a masked Italian DJ/producer duo who have been making waves in the industry for some time now. They found their initial success through remixing songs from some of the biggest names in the industry right now, including the likes of David Guetta, Pitbull, Steve Aoki, Carl Cox, the list goes on! Since then, the pair have never looked back since, eventually progressing to original productions which secured them a place in the DJ Mag Top 100 in 2013. Fast forward to present day and DJ’s From Mars are a global brand who continue to rock shows across the world for millions of fans, year in year out.
