Comment continuer à faire l’amour sans se poser de questions quand on est hétéro, mais aussi fan de Virginie Despentes ? Intellectuellement, on peut tout à fait adhérer aux idées féministes qui démontent les pratiques érotiques standard, à base de pénétration et de domination masculine. Mais en pratique, il n’est pas forcément évident de rebooter son répertoire à fantasmes. Peut-on vraiment dégommer les scénarios sexuels incrustés dans notre psyché ? Qu’en faire ? Comment les assumer sans s’aliéner à ce fichu patriarcat ?

En proie à ces grandes questions et à un vague sentiment de culpabilité, Delphine Saltel rencontre le philosophe Alexandre Lacroix, homme, cis, hétéro, marié, père de 5 enfants, et philosophe. Dans son dernier livre « Apprendre à faire l’amour » paru aux éditions Allary, il essaie d’interroger la sexualité hétéro standard, à sa manière. En puisant dans sa discipline quelques outils sexologiques originaux, Alexandre Lacroix nous incite à passer au rayon X les scripts sexuels dominants dont nous avons hérité. Car pour revisiter nos automatismes et notre imaginaire érotique, il faut déjà prendre conscience des règles et des conventions sociales auxquels on obéit souvent inconsciemment quand on fait l’amour. Analyser le cocktail freudo-porno-sexo qui nous abreuve, et changer nos habitudes pour espérer modifier le scénario.

Une gouaille exceptionnelle, un carnet d'adresses aussi fourni que les fichiers du grand banditisme… Émile Diaz, dit « Milou », 78 ans, est une mémoire du Milieu marseillais : l’un des derniers survivants de la French Connection, du temps où la voyoucratie avait placé les Corses de Marseille au sommet du trafic de drogue mondial. Milou nous emmène sur les routes de la blanche, des souks d’Istanbul aux labos marseillais, et dresse son autoportrait sans complaisance. Dans sa voix, les charmes du Midi se mêlent à l’âpreté du Milieu, à sa violence et son amoralité. Retraité tranquille, rangé des voitures depuis une quinzaine d’années, il accepte de lever le voile sur les chapitres les plus sombres de sa vie. Milou a publié, avec Thierry Collombié, son autobiographie chez Robert Laffont "Truand" en 2015.

My guest would say that's because too often we only concentrate on the things that drive us towards that change — whether willpower, or motivation, or the rewards that turn behaviors into habits — and that we need to think more about the obstacles keeping us from making the decisions we desire.

Her name is Michelle Segar and she's a behavioral science researcher and health coach, as well as the author of The Joy Choice: How to Finally Achieve Lasting Changes in Eating and Exercise. Today on the show, Michelle explains why exercise and eating aren't conducive to becoming habits — at least of the automatic variety — and why it's more helpful to think of these behaviors in terms of "life space" and "choice points." She makes the case for why we shouldn't just focus on what drives behaviors, but also understand what disrupts them, and unpacks four of these disruptors: temptation, rebellion, accommodation, and perfection. Michelle then offers a three-step decision tool for dealing with these disruptors, and explains how to develop the flexibility to choose the perfect imperfect option that keeps you consistent and even celebrate and enjoy the decision to do something instead of nothing.
