Club Designs proudly announces the upcoming release of Darius the Barbarian's highly anticipated EP - CDMUSIC011. The NYC based certified bass freak, known affectionately as DTB, is back with another project to consume. Darius brings a dynamic blend of sexual energy and in your face lyrics to his latest creation, set to drop on August 16th.

All four tracks, co-produced by Moodrich and Germany based duo Peter Sniffin, are raw, raunchy, and ravey, solidifying Darius the Barbarian's reputation as a powerhouse in the booty tech music realm. His eclectic style, honed through a strong back catalogue that includes releases on prolific labels like International Chrome and Philtrax, as well as his most recent acclaimed release, ‘Body Gospel’ on Appareltronic.

In addition to his musical prowess, Darius the Barbarian captivated audiences with a guest appearance on the hit reality show Squid Games, further solidifying his status as a multifaceted entertainer.

This project was designed to permit the ego to get big, and to release all care of the next hoe thinking.

Sliding into every set with high energy beats and powerful kicks, Italian born GM1 is emerging as a newcomer DJ in the Berlin techno scene.
Known for his unique Hard Techno style inspired by trance, hard groove and hardcore, GM1 achieves the creation of fast and dynamic sets that merge into their own experimental entities.

His flavourful, fast and roaring mixing is characterized by the many loop games, in which he samples sounds that make their appearance for brief fragments of the sets, adding funky and dynamic layerings to them.

Metamorphosis is the sound of transformation. Born from a deep inner shift, this four-track EP captures MONé’s evolution. Each track is a stage in the unraveling and reconstruction of self: raw, hypnotic, and unflinchingly personal. With tempos pushing boundaries and textures weaving between harsh industrial tension and lucid transcendence, MONé redefines his voice in techno—not as a genre, but as a medium for spiritual defiance and rebirth.

The opening act of metamorphosis. Shed is about release—letting go of what no longer serves. A steady, pulsing rhythm meets eerie, reflective atmospheres, echoing the unease of transformation. It’s controlled tension, like skin being peeled back, one layer at a time. The heart of the EP. Metamorphosis is relentless and ritualistic. Its high BPM and pounding intensity symbolize the chaos and beauty of becoming. Fragments of the old self are violently discarded as new sonic identities emerge. This is MONé at his most primal and transcendental. An ode to perception shifts—named after Albert Hofmann, the father of LSD. The track dives deep into kaleidoscopic patterns and shifting grooves, fusing psychedelia with gritty dancefloor energy. It’s an introspective trip into the subconscious, full of spiraling fractals and warped clarity. Closing the transformation cycle with fractal logic and mathematical precision. If I am being honest, there isn't a whole lot that I know about INDEX:Records. Apparently, they are a record label that was started in 2017 and consists of artists from Manchester, Berlin, and Auckland. Self-described as "confusing af," INDEX:Records are clearly a group that doesn't take themselves too seriously. However, the level of in which they give absolutely no fucks should be commended. I honestly haven't laughed this hard researching a label in quite some time. For god's sake, their about page reads:

"The future is Cyborg Orgy. We, with machines, are penetrating and generating. We metabolise our instruments, giving them life and personifying them for our own devices. It is the conscious touch which has the ability to awaken the complexities of these mechanisms and arouse their own personalities."

How can you not fall in love with these guys? In all seriousness though, label heads Con + Mos actually release some highly original and experimental music. Their seventh record, which comes out today, features new music from Berlin producer Ike Zwanikken, simply known as "Ike." Featuring two original compositions and a remix by GOD69, the lads seem to be putting all that robot fucking they're doing to good use. A great example of this is Ike's "Kiwami Formed," which you can listen to above. Although elements of the song are quite futuristic and mechanical in nature, the tune still manages to exude a level of sexiness that's undeniably human. Take into account it's break-dancing assortment of electro wobbles and energetic drum patterns, it's only a matter of time before "Kiwami Formed" will have you up, dancing, and all hot and bothered.
