

Danny has been a fixture of the underground scene since the early ’90s, building a reputation for deep, eclectic sets that blend classic influences with forward-thinking sounds. Over the years, he has shared the decks with an impressive roster of legends including Elliot Eastwick (Hard Times/Paper Recordings), Luke Una (Electric Chair), Terry Farley (Faith/Boy’s Own), Justin Robertson, Leftside Wobble, Bill Brewster, Ray Mang, Balearic Mike, Dave Jarvis, Diesel (X-Press 2), Cosmonauts, Kelvin Andrews, Trujillo, Leo Zero, and Peza.

In 2013, Danny was honoured to appear as HSS at the renowned Electric Elephant Festival in Croatia, further cementing his place in the global electronic music community. His productions and remixes have also received international recognition, with a highlight being featured on Carl Cox’s Space Ibiza: Join Our Revolution compilation (2011) and regular support on John Digweed’s Transitions show.

Drawing inspiration from pioneers and tastemakers such as Andrew Weatherall, David Morales,Danny Tenaglia, Sasha, Justin Robertson, Bicep, John Digweed, Todd Terje, Colleen “Cosmo” Murphy, Bill Brewster, Adam Freeland, Jane Fitz, Billy Scurry, Sean Johnson, Keith Elderfield, and Andy Burr, Danny continues to push his sound in new directions while staying rooted in the spirit of underground club culture.

Imagine a young DepGlobe, just 8 years old, whose world revolved around the enchanting Dutch radio shows like "The Rock and Roll Method." In the blink of an eye, he became an ardent disciple of musical legends such as Gene Vincent, Elvis, and The Beatles. The year 1981 witnessed his first affair with vinyl ecstasy, a 12" single that none other than New Order's "Everything's Gone Green." But his musical journey was far from ordinary, for luminaries like Patrick Cowley and Giorgio Moroder had already begun weaving their enigmatic influence into his soul during the early '80s.

Fast forward to 1983, when a fire was ignited within DepGlobe, thanks to the trailblazing Ben Liebrand. He embarked on a thrilling odyssey, crafting his own magnetic mixes with a "cut and paste" finesse that ignited high school parties, and soon, the DJ decks at student gatherings. Between 1998 and 2003, he unveiled a symphonic tapestry across three different genres: ClubSession 1-7, GlobalTrance 1-6. But the evolution didn't stop there. Influenced by the likes of John Creamer, Stephane K, Lemon8, and Deep Dish, he birthed his Massive Progressive Series 1-6, generously sharing his sonic creations among his closest friends.

As the years unfurled, DepGlobe's musical persona crystallized into the breathtaking realm of Progressive. Yet, his favorite tracks remain a delightful enigma—progressive techno, pure progressive, techno, tech house, or deep house? Since 2011, DepGlobe's musical magic has graced the digital airwaves of SoundCloud. Following the release of his mesmerizing Lowlands Series, he inaugurated "DepGlobe's NoEgo Sounds" in November 2011. His charismatic presence resonates on the frequencies of United Radio, InsomaniaFM, Frisky Radio, and several other radio shows, not to mention electrifying gigs at pulsating Techno and Deep House soirées.

B-MONO (Brad Acton) was lucky enough to get his grubby little hands on a set of belt drive decks & a mixer at a very early age but it didn’t take him long to realise that the world and his wife could mix two tracks together but not everybody could produce.
Although he loved to DJ (eventually going on to play at Ministry, Lightbar, Aquarium, Opium Lounge, to name a few)
he knew production was where his heart laid.
He collected up any birthday money he got & bought samplers & mixers, made hip-hop pause tapes & collected samples.

It was after a chance meeting at The Southcoast Weekender with Lee Gardner that things really got moving. Lee & Brad explored their way through a whole host of analog out board gear & went on to have a distribution deal with Essential Direct which sold over a thousand white label’s & later went on to be featured in Notion magazine.

Shortly after, a night out with friends resulted in another chance meeting with Daniel (Cultural Vibes, Garage Nation, Inspiration) it turns out they went to the same school & had loads in common.
They hit the studio straight away & could often be seen dj’ing together from london to Southend.
They went on to form Bi>Polar and released tracks on, Influential House, Freaky Disco & Stripped Digital (a track from which Sasha played at ‘Matter’ in London & on the Ibiza Sounds Podcast)
They played a live PA at the Royal Hotel Ballroom as part of Daniels residency (which once had Stephan Bodzin down to party, Brad did the live recording!)
Brad later went on to help Daniel set up the world renowned, underground party, Cerca Trova. His events with co collaborator Rosko (Fuse/XL).

After years of ups and downs, ins and outs, they are back together once again as B-MONO and ::Daniel UK:: and have current record deals with Voodoo and Prayers, Music Related and Sound On Sea with on going talks with WhoYoStro and PIV records, the futures looking very bright indeed.
