One year ago, the team formed by Vidall and Dactilar unleashed a John Lee Hooker cover/bootleg upon the world called “Nobody Knows.” The idea of dance music with a message is not paid much heed on the scene today but this concept has been the driving force behind their debut EP.

The title track, “The Device,” is a sophisticated slow dub house track containing a Herbie Hancock interview where we hear him respond to the question, how would you explain what a piano is to an alien? The next track, “Indeed” is a refreshing, powerful vocal house track that will force you out of your seat, and the insightful voice of Marvin Gaye grabs you and never lets go, as he speaks about show business over funk beats that crescendo into sonic emotion in “Part Of Me.”

This release also features remixes by artists/friends who share the same exigence for their life’s passion: music. It’s no easy feat to have two heavyweights like Martin Buttrich and Guti on the same wax, but AR pulled it off. The “maestro” Martin supplies with “Indeed Remix” a groovy dancefloor hit with elegant vibes, while Guti delivers two remixes of “The Device”–a profound trip reminiscent of the hypnotic african rhythms, and a delightfully ambient tune to perfectly close out one of the most exciting EPs of the year.”

You Should Be Dancing" is a single by the Bee Gees, from the album, Children of the World, in 1976. The single hit number one for one week on the American Billboard Hot 100, number one for seven weeks on the US Hot Dance Club Play chart, and in July the same year, reached number five on the UK Singles Chart. The song also peaked at number four on the Billboard R&B chart. It was this song that first launched the Bee Gees into disco stardom, although rock-oriented drums and guitars can be heard in the background. It was also the only track from the group to top the dance chart.

Athens based artist Analog Trip (Kosmas Katimertzis, born 1972) Is owner of Elektrik Dreams Music Label ( www.elektrikdreamsmusic.com ) At the early age of 17 the young artist experimented with monophonic analog synthesizers, drumcomputers and vinyl , playing at local bars, and while studying at university a few years later, he became part of an Electro group called VCF, already known for their live gigs at Athens popular clubs Factory, DOM and the Wild Rose.Officially entered in the electronic scene in 1996 along with George Moog with a CD which was circulated 25.000 times by a for that period well known Dance magazin (Lemon). Since this success, which included airplay on CoolFm and LifeFm , Klik FM, Best Radio Analog Trip was referenced among many Greek artist and invited to play his sets on various old classic dance floors like Plan B, Face the music, Camel Club,Astron, Orbit, Zoo, Loop (Resident for 8 continious years) and Mommys.In the summer the artist also appeared on Paros and Naxos, Monastiri, Linardo, Santa Maria and Cafe Del Mar , Splash Naxos and among others to promote his music.Recently Analog Trip's music appeared on Gravity Recordings, featuring "Galeraki Mykonos Chillout Moods and Grooves", next to "Cafe Caprice", a more atmospheric style but none the less accompanied with his own freestyle/tribal/deep and tech sound.Has worked with artists as Nikos Diamantopoulos, Blend Mishkin, Addex, Big Al, Rishi K., George Apergis, Ilias Katelanos, Leo Mars and other.Has played in various festival as European Music Day and many other.In 2008 created his own record label called Elektrik Dreams Music and released several remixes on labels as Ready Mix , My Little Dog, Soleid, Blue Orb, Night Child, Family Grooves, Dark Pleasure , Klik and Ambiosphere

Waaay back in 2014, TV (aka Tom Vine) debuted his Shalama EP to great response. Now three years later one of the EP's tracks, "Disco Scene" gets re-released with remixes. Luke Solomun is up first with seven minutes of delirious French-Touch style disco loops, complete with jazzy keys and hypnotic vocal snippets. If the repetition of that version drives you a bit, well, loopy, check out label bosses Yam Who? who deliver a solid, thumping disco-house workout. The original is also on here too, a smooth and mellow funky roller as good as any of the other mixes.
