Sydney disco duo Midnight Pool Party return with brand new single ‘Linger’; the follow-up to their massive 2013 hit, ‘I Want, I Need.’ 

The single’s inception began when Darren Morilla and Oliver Dela Cruz locked themselves away, with nothing but a vintage turntable and a stack of vinyl - circa late 1990s to early 2000. 

Drawing on the nostalgia of their favourite, classic chart dominators, including Mojo, Stardust, Moloko and Jamiroquai, the result is the infectious disco charge that is Midnight Pool Party’s second official single, ‘Linger.’

The release date for ‘Linger’ is Wednesday, April 2nd, but between now and then you can expect a B-side track, ‘Disco Delight’ plus two intoxicating 'Linger' remixes; Adelaide producer, https://soundcloud.com/lukemillion gives it a classic Giorgio Moroder discotheque-vibe, while Canberra’s https://soundcloud.com/sondrio saturates ‘Linger’ in a pool of deep, sensual house vibes.

The ever mysterious Moon Boots is a man many know little about, but what they do know however is how incredible his music is! The French Express regular has been responsible for some huge tracks over the years including some amazing remixes for the likes of Bondax, Zimmer, Little Boots, Alison Valentine and most recently a remix for none other than one of his main musical influences Nile Rodgers!

The new generation will be familiar with Moon Boots, a regular featured artist on tastemaker youtube music channels such as Majestic Casual, Boiler Room and Eton Messy who have jumped straight onto this new release by supporting the Vanilla Ace & Barber Remix. 

The Original version is one which touches the soul and is hard not to instantly fall in love with. A simply stunning vocal from Kiyiki that carries the listener to a distant, dreamy paradise backed by delicate synths which sweep all our worries away. 
With over 450,000 plays on soundcloud since it’s original upload, it’s safe to say this is big one!

Walter Sobcek is a French duo from Paris.

Since 2011, Sobcek have been generating serious blog heat around the world thanks to a handful of beautifully constructed official remixes (Housse de Racket, Bastille, Chilly Gonzales, Sebastien Schuller among others) and the release of 4 EPS (Je me souviens, Miami Midnight Crush, Take Off Your Shoes) which brought them also to mainstream exposure on french TV (M6, W9, MTV Pulse....)

In 2012, their cover of the Hall and Oates classic “She´s Gone” was picked by Les Inrockuptibles to feature on their covers compilation with among other Hot Chip, Brigitte and José Gonzalès.
