This one was special — one of the rare events where Peter and I played together! It was part of INPUT//OUTPUT – Talk x Techno at Badehaus, Berlin, on 17.10.25.
Playing as a duo is always amazing but also a bit of a challenge since we don’t really get to practice much together. We played from 11:30 to 1, and yeah… we had a small fuck-up right at the beginning (classic), but we’re human — mistakes happen.

We kicked things off with the Sendung mit der Maus jingle as our intro (had to!), starting pretty slow around 116 BPM and somehow ending up at 130+ by the end. No plan, no prep — just following the vibe, each other, and the crowd. We ended up playing some new tracks from us in the beginning, also big thanks to @allies for the amazing remix!

Super spontaneous, super fun — hope you enjoy it as much as we did playing it. <3

Kuba, Fry und NIK BØDER zelebrierten ihr WDLNDS-Marktplatz-Debüt mit einem fetzigen b2b2b. Dafür haben sich die Boys musikalisch breit aufgestellt von melodisch treibend, zu oldschool (tech-)housig bis technoid. Gerade als Fan und Supporter seit Tag 1 war dieses Set absoluter Hochgenuss und definitiv eines der Highlights dieses legendären Sessionabschlusses im Kulturgarten. Sowohl musikalisch als auch fürs Auge eine waschechte Wonne.

Ecstasy at Kauz Zurich, Sunday Afternoon in October 25

After a long flight over the Malay Peninsula and the Gulf of Thailand, Hekske (the little witch) and Falke (the witch apprentice) finally saw their destination on the horizon: the splendid island of Ko Phangan, of which they had heard so many stories from Lalita (the nymph who is the protectress of the future mother tree of the witch’s forest). 
First the girls made a tour around the coastline under a sky-blue sky, looking in awe at the pristine sandy beaches and dense mangrove forests. After that, the witches flew inland as they sensed that their destination was somewhere in the lush green hills. The girls gently touched down near a rice paddy, on the edge of a dense forest. This island was every bit as beautiful as Lalita had described. As nobody was waiting for them, the witches decided to walk into the forest. They knew they would reach their destination by simply following their deeper instinct. The forest was absolutely amazing, with giant tamarind trees and lush elephant ear plants everywhere, while birds (like the myna, drongo and coucal) were singing enchanting songs from everywhere. After a while, the witches saw an old temple in the distance. When they were around 200 yards from their destination, a torrential downpour suddenly started seemingly out of nowhere. The warm rain drops were actually really pleasant, and Hekske and Falke kept on strolling in an unhurried fashion. A few minutes later they arrived at the temple, by which time they were already soaked to the bone. They received a warm welcome by Kanchana, a young witch who was waiting for them. Kanchana started to chuckle when she saw the dripping wet witches, and showed her guests the temple pond. As they were already wet anyway, the girls decided to slip out of their long white dresses and waded into the clear water. It was the first time they were taking a bath in the middle of a rain shower, and this was a surprisingly pleasant feeling. They even could see thousands of water drops jumping up a few centimeters whenever a raindrop hit the water surface. Apart from this visual spectacle, the sound of the rain was also incredibly soothing.
Kanchana told her guests that she had sensed the presence of a naga since that morning. She explained that nagas are holy snakes which control the water and are protectors of fertility and life. So she was not surprised that the rain had suddenly started just before Hekske and Falke arrived at the temple. Just at that moment, something strange happened. The rain stopped abruptly and at the same time all the birds stopped singing. There was suddenly complete silence, apart from a soft whispering sound of the wind. At that very moment, the 3 witches saw a snake lazily move towards the edge of the pond before effortlessly slithering over the water surface. It was clear that this was no ordinary snake. This was obviously a naga, who was probing the visitors of her realm. Obviously, the snake was in a relaxed mood and she even curled around Falke’s arm. It was already known that Falke was a natural dragon tamer, but apparently she’s also a natural snake charmer. She’s even able to speak sweet words to the curious snake, despite having never learned snake language. The naga stayed with Falke for over an hour, curling around her body all the time with cautious yet playful movements. 
It was only at dusk time that the snake had decided that it was time to go. Falke gave one last kiss on the nose of the naga, after which he slithered back into the lush green forest. 
Obviously, also for the witches it was time to get out of the water and get ready for an epic full moon night filled with mystic ceremonies and ecstatic dancing …

Witchtape #199 | Guest Witch : Anna Panilli

Last month I had the privilege of attending a small gathering a couple hours north of Cape Town in one of the most serene areas of the country, Citrusdal. The event took place on the Waterfall Farm; a venue I've attended before, but was recently taken over by a group of truly magical humans with a vision very similar to mine - building a space that fosters human creativity and expression whilst deeply caring for this magnificent land that we are so fortunate to call our home. ⛰️

The focus of the weekend wasn't just to dance, but to come together and take full advantage of what the land has to offer - slow mornings with yoga and breath work, followed by an afternoon relaxing at the massive waterfalls; with music only starting in the evening. Before I played we had a couple hours of acoustic performances and living singing till I took over just after 8pm. So this set is meant to bridge the gap between a live artist and the night of electronic music, with the inimitable @natasamusic playing after me. 🔥

As my first set in SA (outside of AfrikaBurn) for the year I thoroughly enjoyed bringing a ton of fresh music and having a crowd in front of me filled with mates - ahhh - this was special! Really happy with how this set turned out - I've had it on repeat for the last couple weeks 😄 Thanks again to @gurt_music for the invite and having me a part of this special gathering. Cannot wait to see how this concept and this venue evolves! 💃

Living The Good Life @ Waterfall Farm, Citrusdal [11 Oct 2025] <downtempo>

Created by musician and sound engineer Felipe Paiva in 2020, the project blends analog instruments and digital experimentation — acoustic drums, guitars, field recordings, and analog synths — to create something that sits outside trends and formulas. His tracks move between deep organic house, psychedelic downtempo and cinematic soundscapes. It’s music for dreamers, wanderers, and open-minded creatures — more likely to be heard at a sunrise rather than in a mainstream playlist. 

Since its debut, blue Dietrich has released music on respected independent labels including Bar25 Music, Café de Anatolia, trndmsk, Tropical Twista, among others. With over 15 releases in just a few years, Felipe has established himself as one of the most prolific and distinctive producers of the underground electronic scene. 

On stage, he has performed at iconic festivals and venues such as Burning Man (US), Château Perché (FR), Chillout Festival (TR), Bosburtch (NL) and Cabaret Sauvage (Paris), among others — building a bridge between underground freedom and alternative storytelling. 

In 2024, together with a collective of Parisian DJs, he co-founded the label murmure, with the aim of opening new spaces for alternative electronic expression.

His NatureTempo Set is based on some live sets from last winter, all the music is home made and unreleased. It has something "spooky", "uncanny", a kind of a "haunted" trip. The result evolved during these last months, he got some vocal samples here and there to focus more on the "weird" vibe :) It mixes downtempo with some bass music grooves, kind of trip-hop style.

There are a few issues in the mixing and the recording, but they are really minor (and he likes having some errors in his live sets, otherwise things are too "clean")

The forest shimmered with little pockets of sunlight when NOFRONTERA’s live instruments broke the silence. Each note carried the smell of resin and warm earth, a pulse that seemed to echo from somewhere beneath the roots. Then CELAD stepped into the moment, his djembe improvisation rising like a heartbeat awakening the trees—raw, warm, and impossibly alive. LOAN responded with movement that felt both fierce and weightless, like wind catching in fabric. People drifted closer, following the soft call of the melodies, barefoot on the mossy ground, carried by that bright, uplifting energy that seemed to braid all three artists into one vivid, breathing landscape.
