Carrying enchantment's light.
In music's spell, they've found their way,
In island's bay, family sway.

After witnessing a glorious sunrise in the holy forest of the Jinsha River, Yǎqín (the protectress of this forest) invited her guests Hekske (the little witch) and Falke (the 10-year-old witch apprentice) for the breakfast ceremony. It was a very serene event and the girls listened in silence to the vivacious songs of the birds, while sipping their warm cups of spice tea. 
After the ceremony, Yǎqín looked through the western window of her bamboo hut and saw a murmuration of swallows huddling together in a pine tree. It was already the middle of the month of guìyuè and autumn was about to start. The swallows were about to take off and fly southwards for their annual migration. 
The Flemish witches sensed it was time to return home, and gave a goodbye hug to Yǎqín after which they took to the skies. After a last wave to Yǎqín, they noticed they were in the middle of a swoop of swallows, and the witches decided to follow these friendly birds. They followed the mighty Jinsha River in Southern direction in a narrow valley in between 2 ranges of towering green mountains. At times the brown water of the river was very wild and the girls could hear the roaring sound of the torrents.
After a whole day of flying, the swallows decided it was time to look for a place to spend the night. They touched down in a forest on the steep slopes of the valley. To their surprise, the witches saw a teenage boy in a clearing.
He introduced himself as Qiang. Like everybody in Zhōngguó, he was very deferent and hospitable for his guests. He apologized (at least nine times) for the sorry state of this forest, which was just a piece of wild nature, despite being one of the 8 holy forests of Zhōngguó. He explained that only a witch can bring order and geometry in these holy forests, and that he’s just a caretaker of this special place until a new witch arrives. From his shiny skin and stately demeanor, it was  clear that Qiang was a wizard. He proudly showed the bamboo pavilion which he had patiently built according to the feng shui principles for the future witch. The forest was lush and green and bustling with wildlife… a true garden of Eden where the boy spent his time all alone, waiting for the witch to come (which could be a matter of days … or years.
Qiang showed his guests around the woods, when a gale-force wind suddenly engulfed the whole forest, making the trees weave dangerously and making thousands of leaves fly around. When the wind abated, they saw a bright sparkling light descending from the sky. All the birds stopped singing and an eerie atmosphere descended upon the forest. When they opened their eyes, they saw a teenage girl in an elegant hanfu dress, with a little dragon on her shoulder. Her skin was pale and shiny, and here black eyes were absolutely hypnotic.
She introduced herself as Fang, the new witch of this holy forest. Qiang greeted her with deference. Despite his reservation, this was by far the happiest day of his life. He showed her the bamboo pavilion which he had patiently built for her over the last 24 months. She was very impressed … and couldn’t keep her eyes off of the young wizard.
Meanwhile, word had spread in the whole forest and all animals and birds were overjoyed when they heard that the witch (and her companion dragon) had finally arrived in this holy realm …
