✍️ Eine Selbstständigkeit als Kleinunternehmer, bzw. Gesellschafter unter dieser Regel, ist Segen und Strapaze zugleich. Aufgrund der gesetzten Umsatzgrenzen müssen die anfallenden Aufgaben größtenteils eigenständig erledigt werden. Es gibt oft keine freien Kapazitäten für zusätzliches Personal oder Outsourcing. Dementsprechend werden die weniger schönen Dinge wie Buchhaltung, Verwaltung oder auch die Anfertigung einer Steuererklärung unternehmensintern übernommen. Natürlich gibt es bereits digitale Tools oder auch menschliche Unterstützung für viele dieser Aufgaben, allerdings übernehmen diese nur einen teil des Arbeitspensums. Deshalb findet man sich jedes Geschäftsjahr wieder vor dem Monitor ein und trägt Zahlen in Tabellen ein. Diese Bestandteile der Selbstständigkeit als Kleinunternehmer mögen wenig heroisch sein, müssen jedoch erledigt werden.

🎵Der heutige KataHaifisch Podcast ist eine DJ-technische Komposition von Hashi. In den folgenden 77 Minuten geht es recht entspannt zur Sache. Die Basslines sind treibender Natur, in Kombination mit Vocal, Percussions und Synths wirkt die Musik jedoch primär beruhigend. Tranceartig zieht die Musik uns in ihren Bann. Our cozy Island, nestled deep in a valley, surrounded by river and waterfalls and covered by green grass is hosting The Swamp stage. Hottest and most memorable part of the festival's location is home to Dark Progressive, Psy Bass, Dub, Breaks, Techno, Glitch and other various styles of music. With PSYCHEDELIC as only common denominator and DANCE as the main philosophy behind it.

When we started building Mo:Dem accordingly to our vision of festival with three musical stages, the role of The Swamp was a crucial one. Basic idea was to generate counterbalance to the faster and heavier musical styles presented at The Hive. Creating 'alternative stage' wasn’t our intention. Rather we imagined The Swamp as the extension of same psychedelic dance experience. Possibility to select between artists coming from a wide spectrum of psychedelic music gave us an opportunity to succeed in our plan. As Swamp literally and figuratively means diversity and variety, this was set as the main guideline for this stage in the future.

We are happy that we can share with you some sounds from 2017. edition. This time we are presenting you Breger.

In One breath. 

Breathing in...And slowly out...Now we have more than 1 and a half hours for that simple cycle because Ivan Ujo aka Spectrum Vision brought us a brilliant Cloud Garden selection under the name of "In One Breath".

As you probably know he based in Moscow and he's name kind of a quality standard at the psy & chill scene. His music can be found at Astropilot Music, Bluetunes Chillout, and even at Altar Records.Unfortunately but "thanks" for the pandemic situation he found out some time to accept our request and create an interpretation from the Cloud Garden philosophy and storytelling. 

The compilation is coming from a deep meditative ambient state of mind and went through the psydub mood with a lot of brilliant ethnic soundscapes to finally reach some highly psychedelic and heavily twisted tunes from a different variety of genres. 

To blow it out the remains of the one big breath at the end of the mix we got some pretty nice vocal tunes and get some relief and calmness after that mindblowing journey. 

Thanks again for Ivan to join for our Gardens and raises its light.
