We are gassed to present the sounds courtesy of Rend and a vast sea of sonic explorations of his floor-shaking banger “Altered Flow”, masterfully crafted by the talented artists of our beloved Emphaseas crew.

Following the live-presented remix masterclasses curated by the one and only Andrey “Eastcolors”, our subscribers have worked tirelessly to flip and twist the original and have altered its’ flow a total of 10 times, bringing in the many flavours of drum and bass and juke.

This compilation is a massive milestone for us and we are glad to see how far our artists have come in their creative journey!

Rolling drums lead the title track ‘Second To None’ into a different direction, led by the ingeniously processed male vocal line and backed up by a twisting, modulating sub. It’s the perfect composite of melodics and weightiness, and one that perfect sums up Wooflet’s intentions in this game. The perfect blend of sub-genres and external influences to play in any set.

We welcome Genic back to Dispatch for another impressive EP, encapsulating their love for deep rolling basslines, funk and tech. The Genic sound continues to impress with every release, and this EP with strong techno influences is no exception.

Written throughout the last year, each track is the end result of vigorous dancefloor testing and sound-system checks. The title track “What Now” packs a sub that is tailor-made for bass bins and impressed on the first outing, a track that perfectly sets the tone for the rest of the EP.

Each track on this four-track EP shows a different side to the Genic sound – progressive, rolling, technical funk done just right. Minimal groove and acid-inspired tweaks punctuate razor-sharp drums and deep bass for this welcome return to the label for Genic.
