We're delighted to welcome DSP back on to the label for his second EP with us. His ‘True Words EP’ for CIA in early 2023 blew everyone away with its exceptional level of quality and vibes so we’ve been waiting patiently with baited breath for when he would bless us with new music. 

And bless us he has, with nothing less than four fresh cuts for his ‘Box of Frogs’ EP. Not one to court attention online or post videos of cats throwing cakes, DSP is an artist who prefers to let the music do the talking. And you can tell that instantly when you listen to the music. That tells you all you need to know. Really. 

There’s a level of quality to his work and his craft that tells us that this burgeoning producer has a long history in front of him that’s just waiting to be written. And with the heat he’s got here on his ‘Box of Frogs’ EP, maybe he needs to ready a few cakes he can deploy himself.


DSP - Judgement

No introduction needed for the next artist joining the Transparent Audio Family, Ukrainian producer – Dub Head.

We’re incredibly excited to showcase this release from an artist who’s become a staple within the scene. Known for his signature Bristol-style rollers, Dub Head masterfully blends funky grooves with melodic progressions to create a sound all his own. Originally from the vibrant city of Kyiv, Ukraine, and now based in Bristol, Dub Head’s musical journey began in 2013. Since then, he’s been relentlessly refining his craft, building a unique sonic landscape where deep, dramatic elements seamlessly mix with powerful, experimental motifs.

Having released music on some of the scene’s most respected labels, including Sofa Sound, perhaps best known for his track ‘Jellyfish.’ He also reached a major milestone in his career with the release of his debut album Bring You Back Online on Dispatch Recordings.

We’re equally excited to feature the beautiful voice of Kathryn Brenna on the title track, ‘Waves.’ Kathryn is a close friend of the label, and it’s been a long time coming for our paths to cross musically. Kathryn is a multi-genre, self-taught musician, producer and songwriter who experiments with various acoustic tones and instruments, working with a number of renowned artists and labels in the underground scene.

With such a strong start and an impressive foundation, the future is wide open for Dub Head. We’re fortunate to be part of his journey and can’t wait to continue working with this incredibly talented artist.
