To celebrate 20 years of building Labyrinths, we have decided to release one set from each of the last ten years. I've chosen ten timeless moments that both document the history of the event and provide a historical snapshot of underground electronic music over the past ten years.

We have chosen a broad range--from closing techno sets, to morning ambient sets, to experimental sets to close the night. Each set represents a different side of the event. Taken together, they present a portrait of a decade of music.

The Labyrinthの20周年を記念して、過去10年間を振り返り、それぞれの年からひとつのミックスをピックアップすることにしました。イベントの歴史を記録すると同時に、過去10年間のアンダーグラウンドエレクトロニックミュージックの歴史的なスナップショットを提供します。今聞いても色褪せない、タイムレスな極上のミックスをお楽しみください。

テクノのクロージングセットから、朝のアンビエントセット、そして夜を締めくくるエクスペリメンタルセットまで幅広いセレクトですが、どのセットもThe Labyrinthの欠かせない側面を表しており、ここ10年におけるエレクトロニック ミュージックの全容とも言えるでしょう。

The only way out is in—a looping riddle that folds in on itself. What begins as a question becomes a path, unraveling through the shadows of rhythm and the flicker of forgotten memories.

For the 29th entry in the Discos Movimiento mixtape series, Dutch-born, Berlin-based artist SaPu invites us into his singular sonic universe—where deep grooves, hidden gems, and rare records converge into something both intimate and expansive. A meticulous digger and storyteller, SaPu has spent years carving out his place across dancefloors from Club der Visionaere to Tresor, always favoring journeys over mere moments.

"The Only Way Out Is In" unfolds like a spiral—shifting between stripped-down hypnosis, shimmering psychedelia, and raw percussive textures. It’s a testament to SaPu’s refusal to be bound by genre, instead weaving a narrative that rewards patience and surrender. The destination remains unclear, but the way forward is undeniable—deeper, inward, through sound.

Come il canto delle sirene, cullato dagli abissi, emerge per stregare le anime di marinai e naufraghi. Qualcosa di simile accadde, quando Jane Fitz domò natura e corpi sottomettendoli al ritmo  mistico, sciamanico, del proprio set. Il suono che si ribellò alla pioggia sommessa di quel pomeriggio di luglio, per rendere anche noi danzanti infallibili, eravamo un un unico movimento stregato e soggiogato dalla magia di quei vinili.
Senza bisogno di ulteriori presentazioni futili, tronfi d'orgoglio e con un fondo di malinconia: la poliedrica Jane Fitz, e ciò che fu in grado di regalarci al Komorebi Music Festival.

Like a siren song, lulled by the abyss, emerging to bewitch the souls of sailors and shipwrecked Jane Fitz tamed nature and our bodies gave in to the mystical and shamanic rhythm of the set.
The sound rebelled against the drizzle of that July afternoon making us dancers infallible and united in movement, spellbound and beholden to the magic of her records. The multi-talented Jane Fitz needs no further introduction, we proudly present with a touch of melancholy the gift she gave us at Komorebi Music Festival.

The prolific pair hailing from Nijmegen, Netherlands, @ivanotetelepta & @rogergerressen are long-standing members of the @solasylum family and it is always a pleasure to have them play for us in Berlin.  This timeless B2B session was recorded @sol-asylum-records party at Hoppetosse in August 2019. We hope this set can transport you to a carefree time when we could enjoy our freedoms,  which is the vital essence within our community.
