They say the only constant is change. I can certainly attest to that. Between work, parenting and day-to-day commitments, my life has done nothing but become busier over the past few years. Music has become a late night pursuit when children, animals and work emails have started to slumber.

This release is my soundtrack to those quiet moments - that period of time when the world becomes still and time moves a little slower. Meditative moments for self contemplation...
