These times where everything occurs so fast is really difficult to make a pause and with calm try to understand what you have in front of you.

Just for the simple fact you are reading about this new project, we want to thank you, so thank you very much for supporting this project, we really appreciate you put some of your time reading and listen about it.

This is an epic crusade that simply wants to show in all its splendor what it means for many of us such an eroded term but as beautiful as it is the word "underground".

For many of us, this music represents values that we would like to see more often, values that we want (and we need) to be reflected in future generations.

Now that everyone talks about our music is easy to read here and there things like "...electro music is very limited ... sounds always the same"... These words really hurts many of us, the many we love, and we know in depth what electro music is, because electro music is just the opposite, it is a very diverse and rich music, you can feel the pulse of electro in many compositions, thousands of tracks, even in ambient tracks with no beats.

For this reason we call this project ELECTRIC ECLECTICS

The support we received to our last projects, the 5th Anniversary 808 Box and Music For The Other People Place helped us to take more risk and decide to start with Electric Eclectics.

The foundations and the aim of this project is exactly the same of the 808 Box, but this time we want to put the light over some artists who helped to build and develop the sound of modern electro music, but also others that we consider the present and the future of our music, the Underground Electro Music.

This new box includes 21 high quality vinyl records, mastered and cut at 45rpm for the best sound and dynamics. Each of the first 18 records are dedicated to one artist, the other 2 are an advance of the second part of this project next year. The audio included here is about one/two minutes of all tracks included in each record... this is more than 3 hours... the total length of the 21 records is almost 9 hours of pure electro music.

At the beginning of summer the second release of russian label PKGE will come out. This time it will be a compilation consisting of 5 tracks from different producers. Here premiered is "Ashes" by Caprithy. Despite this guy started his way from noisy experimental electronic now he produces dancefloor oriented music. Ashes is a tool for dj playing on a summer party under open sky. Straight house beat mixed with an amen break will make the most sceptical guys with the beer in their hands groove on.

Brooklyn-based, Yugoslavian-born Maroje T is back as Remora with a new release on Kraftjerkz. His latest Remora release is a cohesive, synth-driven exploration, drawing influence from 80’s New Wave, Belgian New Beat, synth-pop, Italo disco and electro. Its aim is not to emulate; its nostalgia is grown-up and contemporary, filled with arpeggiated synths and metallic punctuation. There’s a play between light and dark here; the opening tracks take us on an easy, synth-pop voyage, as if through a neon dawn. Half-way through the EP, the mood shifts towards dystopic visions, with tracks like “Bitter Night” and “Green Sea” bringing to mind videogame-boss nostalgia and darker electro sentiments. The EP closes with the final, visceral “You Travel by Plane Often,” meant to be experienced with the body. The EP is primed to become a classic; it goes down easy but stays with you for a while, before wanting to be ingested again and again.

Based In Hamburg he is put his signature on some label such as Sign Bit Zero and he gives is an effort to some groups such as Fallbeil and Sauerstofff (with the duo Nostalgie Eternelle). Teerpappe is his own vinyl label where he released also solo records. This release Das Letzte Nasenhaar EP is a collection of Kraut Break Beats with a strong German and weird imprint. Borderline with noise.

Pablo Splice – Pseudo Pscience EP [Woodwork Recordings - WOOD060]

Pablo Splice drops a tight collection of deep electro and brash robotic funk, opening with 'pseudo pscience', a single that was released earlier this year on Bass Agenda's Carebot$ label-compilation fundraiser. The snaky synth line serves a dual purpose as both chords and melody over a muted and restrained bass line. Chugging layered beats led by a rimshot delay line are vague but persistent underneath.

'Console jive control [4AR]' is a direct tribute to one of electro's legendary elite producers, known for his vast catalogue of fresh future music, and also for his vocoder work and robotic dance moves that are often seen in his studio livestream videos. This track fluctuates between dark and euphoric atmospheres with shifting synth pads that float above a bouncing bass groove deeply reminiscent of the track's inspiration, Anthony Rother.

'Lips like jagger' reveals a new slant on funky robotic electro and a deeper look at the unique production sound of Pablo Splice. A wide open groove takes shape through the minimal melodic stab lines and abrupt bass hits, constructed entirely from spliced edits with gate effects and retuned audio slices.
