update: this track grabbed 3rd place, thanks to all who voted for us! The presets are uploaded in Curve 2 CM's and Curve 2's shared Preset Library for anyone who is interested!

Parabola

Parabola (100% Cableguys Curve 2 synthesizer only)

Trench has discovered that her combine harvester goes faster when she plays drum n bass. Who knows why? Perhaps there's some sort of spiritual connection between the clutch and the bass? The build is great - the cutter starts up and there's a steady stream of grain into the hopper. When you get to the drop, it seems to be racing through the fields. 

The only problem is the breakdown...

My entry for the 164th edition of KVR's One Synth Challenge. All sounds made using Ghost, a forthcoming synth by exacoustics. As of October 2022, it's still in beta.

No machines were harmed in the making of this track.

Made using GHOST 0.3.6 for the KVR One Synth Challenge. Everything is done via synth, no samples or external modulation used.

This was a lot of fun to make as I used to spend a lot of time trying to make rock tracks using very old MIDI gear (like, SC-55 old) by manipulating them as much as I could. I went with a similar approach here.

Our entry for KVR OSC #49. This time the star of the show is Twin from FabFilter. We've used 15 instances of it and a few stock plugins from Cubase. Furthermore we've used Tokyo Dawn's Feedback Compressor II and Molot's Limit06.

Hereby we proudly present our second demo track for the upcoming, and marvelous J-8 virtual instrument by Togu Audio Line (TAL). Since we had the luxury beta testing and sound designing for this plugin we thought it would be nice to make a second demo track for TAL to show what this, really good emulation of the Roland Jupiter 8, is capable of when you use some extra processing.

For this track we used 18 instances of the beta version of this plugin for all the sounds you are hearing. We added effects and some dynamic tools to finish it off. In other words this is what the plugin is capable of when you are using not only the synth itself but add effects as well!
