Sodi Cookey spent much of his childhood growing up in the creative melting pot of Port Harcourt, Nigeria. Encouraged by his musical parents, Sodi was a prodigy - composing and performing from age six. 

Heavily influenced from exposure to African and international musicality, Sodi honed his counter-tenor vocals into a unique blend of velvet, rich-raw melodies and provocative story-telling. 

He returned to London and began collaboratingwith  musicians and producers including . Sodi has also performed at London’s annual Jazz Festival and headlined at Vienna’s prestigious ORF RadioKulturHaus. 

Today, Cookey pulls inspiration from his history and experiences - evoking passion, optimism and determination - a mix of sounds, rhythms and unique sequencing – all drawn from his jazz and soul musical influences and Nigerian heritage. His powerful and lyrical voice infuses afro-jazz and soul harmonies into contemporary rhythms and his diverse audiences are spellbound by his incredible range and charismatic performances.

Forever Forever are a genre-blending and gender-bending London-based quartet - combining 00s indie with modern pop, adding in a dash of folk and a hint of grunge, and rounding it all oﬀ with timelessly lush four-part harmonies. Their music explores the ups and downs of navigating your 20s in the modern world, their diverse musical backgrounds coming together to create a sound that is introspective one moment, ecstatic the next. 

Their first release “Diﬃcult Feelings” caught attention on Apple Music’s New in Indie and New in Alternative editorial playlists, and with their debut single proper “Good Light In”, Forever Forever are set to cement themselves as a vibrant new voice capturing the messy, joyous contradictions of young adulthood.

Lady Destiny Playing the Best in Soulful, Funky, Deep, Dirty, Electro, Minimal & Tec House... And Old Skool Garage...



I met Destiny at musical networking event and was overwhelmed by her energy and commitment to DJing. In a notoriously macho industry this lady has the class and skill to make you want to want to find out more. I few weeks later I got the opportunity to ask her how she got started and about her musical influences.
Destiny was brought up in a musical household where most of her family are singers & and DJs - Her Mother was the lead Singer for Black Harmony, with the hit single 'Don't let it go to your head' and her Father, a DJ for a top London sound System. This meant that music was always a big part of Destiny’s life and she started to collect acid house tunes at the age of 12, and experienced the club promoting scene from Mother and farther from their regular events.

When she hit 16 she became a dancer, dancing at Temple, at the Notting Hill Carnival and for Westwood. This gave her the opportunity to listen to all types of music and her tastes became really eclectic. Destiny would go to as many clubs and parties as possible eager to experience music and develop her knowledge of mixing, dancing and meeting people.
She fell in love with House & Garage in 1996 and started performing as Destiny hosting a weekly radio show on Chicago / Mission FM (90.6) for DR Jekyll. By 2001 Destiny was part of a radio show on PHAT FM (104.7) along side Sweet T - playing old skool garage and R&B. In 2002 Destiny played along side Crazy G on the Saturday grave yard sets on Funktion FM. In 2003 the opportunity came to perform as part of The Good Girls, along side 2 female hosts on Y2K fm(90.6) playing R&B, rare groove & House N Garage where Destiny was instrumental in creating the infamous grave yard marathon show 00:00 - 10am! After a year at Y2k fm in 2004 Destiny decided to go solo and went onto Touch Fm as their 1st and only female DJ, playing on Saturday nights until the early mornings. And now plays a regular slot on WWW.UNKNOWNFM.NET / 90.6 fm.

During this time Destiny’s residencies included: Candy Bar -2001, Soho (Fridays) 10 Rooms, Piccadilly -2002 (Wednesdays) China whites -2003 (’Time of the month’) Piccadilly, Sound Republic, & Shh rooms- 2004, Leicester Sq. Fridays), Touch me Tease me -2006 (Monthly), Youht club, Temple. Carling Academy, Islington (monthly), Bubblishous (monthly) - 2006.

Influenced by her experience of House music during the pirate radio station era of the 80’s and 90’s, Farrah-DJ’s sound is rooted in those deep, sensual House grooves she describes as atmospheric, emotive, and uplifting. Here she plays to draw you in, make you feel deeply and naturally want to move your body.
Realising her life-long desire to DJ in 2020, Farrah-DJ is now a resident on leading underground online radio station Bloop London and has live streamed for Hootananny Brixton and played for local promotors such as Love2House and Keep it Deep and at the well-known HWK in Hackney Wick.
With a passion for delivering a true Deep House experience, Farrah-DJ has also gone on to found music brand “The Church of Deep House” which focuses on serving this experience through radio shows, mixes, interviews, and events.
As she weaves between the deeper shades of the House Music spectrum, expect to be taken on a journey within that makes feel and makes you move!
