Gohan Tapes is proud to present his first-ever beat tape. Put together over the course of the summer and autumn of 2017 using budget samplers from the late 90s/ early 2000s and a stack of weird and wonderful, dust-riddled records to ensure the rawest sound. 

Polish, sheen and high-fidelity sound have been thrown from the fifteenth storey window. These are 19 monolithic bangers cast in raw concrete with the aggregate exposed.

After being absent from Soundcloud for almost a month now, i am glad to return with a collaboration with the very talented Nathalie B20.
My track was a simple intrumental and she brought it to life with her sweet voice and sound effects. She also had the idea for the lyrics and story to the track. 
Always such a pleasure to work with her. Enjoy!

'Dreamers' is a track that can best be described as a 'challenge accepted'. Jerry spotted an opportunity on Songtradr and asked if I was interested in creating something for it.  We had to create something similar to Beach House's 'Myth'. The only thing was, we had way less than a day to get this done, and I was only just getting my voice back after losing it through illness. So this is what we came up with, and submitted it with 3 mins to spare. Hope you enjoy our creation and thanks so much to Jerry for getting me to sing again :) Peace and love x
