"Vibe Quest Chapter One" is a sneak preview into label-head Sabo's upcoming full length LP, with 2 stellar remixes from Acid Pauli and Nadastrom.
"Vibe Quest" is a slow chill-out entry to ease you into this new deeper sound, and features Sabo's Mom, Carolyn Sabatini, live on the vibraphone. "Singing Game" is a mid tempo deep tribal cut complete with African percussion, thick bass, and builds into a beautiful breakdown sampling a group of small young girls from the Ivory Coast playing a game of call and response. This tune was 1st debuted on the Robot Heart bus in 2013 at Burning Man. Acid Pauli takes "Singing Game" and transforms it into club ready deep techno cut with analog synths weaving in and out, constantly building melodies until the climatic breakdown. Nadastrom take "Vibe Quest" into another dimension with an epic mid tempo journey into deep slow house. The remix builds and builds until the break down where they let the jazzy skills of Carolyn Sabatiini's vibraphone solo breath new life into the dance floor, before coming back in with the tribal groove.

Sabo's record label, Sol Selectas, presents an organic house EP by Rameff that has Middle Eastern melodies and indie dance influences.

Rameff is a French artist living in Mexico, and he is back on Sol Selectas with his first solo EP on the imprint, after recently featuring a collaborative track on the 2025 edition of the annual Summer Sol compilation.

Utilising his background of being a percussionist and classically trained piano player, Rameff has applied his musicianship to electronic music. His tracks are a rich tapestry of sonic textures, and he combines organic sounds with synthesisers to create spellbinding grooves that are perfect for a dance floor.

Other record labels to feature Rameff's music include the likes of Baikal Nomads, Lump Records, • kosa •, Moblack Records, and Cosmic Awakenings. He is also a skilled DJ who plays hybrid sets combining live musicianship with expert track selection and the seamless blending of other people's music.

"Kasbah Fever" is the EP's title track, and it combines a chugging disco groove with Arabic melodies, Middle Eastern flutes, and a trippy vocal sample.

Next up, "Luxor Madness" layers a lurching bass synth with funky guitar chords and trippy vocal textures to create an upbeat groove with hallucinatory vibes.

"Goddess of Euphoria" has fluttering melodies inspired by Egyptian folk law, layering them with warped trumpet stabs, organ bursts, and mesmerising female vocals that have ceremonial undertones.

The release brings two tracks that explore different roots of movement and voice. The "Alhambra EP"  is the first ep release from the union of Christopher Tooker with Shawna Hofmann. Reflecting their mutual love for culture, real musicianship, syncopated beats, organic instruments and modern electronic richness. The music paints a picture of their love for travel, and the excitement of physically diving into a different countries' culture. The lead track Alhambra has a distinct flavor of adventure and sensual mystery. Its a story that builds and brings you through different worlds, from a Russian spy movie to a spaghetti western. The song continually evolves from beginning to end leaving no room for repetition, only vast exploration, featuring guitars by David Satori from Beats Antique, and Evan Fraser from Stellamara, under their band name Dirtwire, as well as live recordings by Christopher Tooker of KMLN playing guitars, percussion, beer bottles, live snare and bells. "Walam" was inspired by a KMLN trip to Bali, traveling between several Indonesian islands aboard an authentic wooden Bugi pirate ship, guided by Islamic prayers coming out of  the many little mosques along their path. It's a heartfelt  journey into the dramatic and sultry side of the Middle East influence within that region. Produced, mixed and recorded in Bali, Indonesia, the smooth dub sounds are complimented by intricate live percussion by Christopher Tooker.  Nico Stojan,  a world renown DJ and producer from Berlin's infamous underground Bar 25 and Katerholzig clubs, graces the EP with 2 stellar remixes of the title track "Alhambra". The first "Dreams of Japan Remix" is a deep silky take on the original with additional percussion and layers of sonic field recordings from Japan. To finalize the EP,  Nico's "122 Rework" is a hypnotic dance floor adventure with constantly evolving chords, and a thick tribal groove, while maintaining the organic undertone musical elements of the original.
