I was once again incredibly fortunate to play at the October Moontribe and wow was it a banger! Nearly 24 hours of amazing music and truly wonderful humans. This time I got to mix into a favorite human of mine @bret-mavrik who absolutely killed it. So much fun!

Oscillations is my personal outlet for sharing music that speaks to both body and soul. It’s a record label and a creative platform built for sounds that inspire movement, emotion, and connection.

The name comes from the idea of a wave—constant motion, rising and falling. That’s how I see music. Whether it's techno, progressive house, or melodic dance tracks, the goal is always to create a vibe that resonates.

I started Oscillations to support artists who are driven by feeling, not just trends. People who treat music as a journey—something that builds, breathes, and evolves.

Every track we release is meant to tell a story. Whether you’re on a packed dancefloor or vibing solo with your headphones, the experience should feel real and alive.

Van Michael is a DJ and producer attuned to a simple purpose: Help the world and have fun; Embrace play and listen to bliss. His evolving and organic sound is a celebration of the soulful dance that resides within each one of us. 

As a percussionist and performer with deep roots in the global electronic music subculture, Van’s performances and collaborations feature the legendary Moontribe Collective from California, Ozora USA, Global Eclipse Gatherings, Vortex and Stargate Festivals, Burning Man, Momentive Events, Music and Sky, and other budding world music projects. Van’s releases are currently out on Momentive Recordings and his own label, La Sound.

Van found his love for sonic delight with jams on improvised instruments as a child, sparking formal training as a percussionist, and leading him to journey deeper into music production and global collaboration. 

With sounds from deep veins of organic and electronic origins, Van Michael shares his productions and selections in celebration of the sound we find within ourselves. 

Ringing the sound system as a temple, a place of reverence, he meditates on subtle grooves, beckoning bliss and introspection, inviting a dance on the moonlit ground, in the journey to nirvana, celebrating rebirth and unity, with love for sharing the sounds we find within our soul. Poised to bring heights of elation in the deepest funky grooves, and to ignite a fire under-foot for your inner being. It's our time to keep shining!

Starting as a self taught bassist and later graduating from Berklee College of Music with a focus in music synthesis and production, Aric Sebastian (Solstice) pulls from his long and diverse career as a musician in all of his work. With early roots in soul, funk and disco, getting the audience to dance has always been priority number one. These days, Solstice is exploring the next logical step in the musical journey, the realm of DJing. Though you'll mostly find music based around techno and house and all of its cousins, you'll also find a little nu disco, electro swing and even trip hop sprinkled here and there as well.
