Chantilly "Cleva Thoughts" Kornegay is a professional songwriter and Hip Hop Vocalist from the DMV. She has spent most of her life perfecting the craft of music and assisting in the development of creating songs. As a global vocalist with hundreds of rap features she has made an impact that separates her unique style as one to be remembered in the music industry. Working with Grammy winning filmmakers, established producers, sync licensing experts, and many emerging artists is proving that Cleva Thoughts is building relationships within the music business that will last. Chantilly is known for her talents in the field of Hip Hop, Trap, EDM, Techno, Bass and Drums, and more. The Attic started out as a 3-piece Punk/R&B band in Leeds back in 1988. Not great times. Thatcher was in power and the music scene was stuffed with insipid indie shoe-gazing bands. Taking their cue from a period 10 or so years previously, the band set out to inject some energy and purpose into their music. They gigged constantly, mainly in the north of England and secured support slots on tours by the Clash bassist Paul Simonon's band Havana 3am, Eddie And The Hot Rods, Wreckless Eric, the Lurkers and Chelsea to name but a few. The band received plenty of press coverage and had a minor success with their 'Off The Nest' ep from 1991. Around this time they extended to a 4- piece with Steve Pedley brought in on rhythm guitar. Eventually the band called it a day when sticksman Graham Pickup secured a trial with a Midlands based First Division football club and rhythm guitarist at the time Cat Presley left to pursue a TV career. Ex-Gun Law guitarist BB Tim had stepped in to replace the Cat for a short period but the kid(s) didn't take to the telecaster driven country blues meanderings and the band had to accept their time was up. In 2012, only 17 years!...after the band imploded, Steve, Boo and Pickup got together for a jam in a converted barn on a farm in the middle of nowhere. Things started to click into place and eventually in September 2012, the band returned to the live circuit again and proved that they could still deliver!

One man band.
I compose ambient, post rock and classical. 
I try to give a story and a meaning to what I play, combining my passion for nature and books with music. 
I play drum and piano, and I combine these instruments with guitar,  violin, synth, trumpet, flute, percussion, and others.

Criada em 1996, A Súcia é um movimento poético que já englobou bandas como a Narcótica Orquestra, A Ilha, Zirrê, 7macabra, Elepê e a poesia de rua. Em 2003, com parceria da UNESCO, ocorreu o evento poético A Súcia, que ao longo de 20 semanas e presença de poetas como Negro Léo, Athos Luiz, Eduardo DÁvila, João O Vazio, Rosemeri Santos Silva, Naaman, Alberto Carraz, Miguel Parente, Luiz Fernando Gabão e Filipe Carvalho, determinou as bases da vanguarda carioca na modernidade líquida. Em 2006, lançou seu álbum duplo homônimo e sua concepção é baseada em ser teatral, visceral e orgástica. O álbum contou com a participação da saudosa poeta Marcella Martins Leite. O estilo musical é experimental, psicodelia samba-funk, A Súcia ainda flerta com a mpb, o jazz, o rock e ritmos nordestinos. Deus e o Diabo na Terra do Sol! O movimento é inspirado na exposição de Hélio Oiticica Cosmococa.
