I first met Pjenne in the Bookar Crater at the inaugural Inner Varnika festival in 2017. Only moments after our introduction we were hugging and swaying together, to an unforgettable set by my brother Ben. Little did I know she had already played at the festival before I’de arrived and would soon become one of my favourite disk jockeys. 

Pjenne’s sets all manage to have a unique and alluring atmosphere, a vibe that permeates itself no matter the style or genre she’s exploring. Each set brings a sonic embrace, a warmth similar to that which I felt when we first met. 

This mix is no different, a certified classic of dubbed jams mined from the depths of ’89 to ’03. Please Enjoy!

In May 2024, Goose & Hosca performed their first fully improvised ambient set, featuring jazz saxophonist Sam Weeks and guitarist Andrés Fanático.
Listeners were invited to sit or lie down in a dark, hazy space to fully immerse themselves in the sound. While the music took center stage, “Chloe on Lights”incredible light show enhanced the relaxed atmosphere.

If you know me, you know how much I love setting the tone for the party —building the energy slowly, weaving in the deeper, weirder stuff before handing it over to the headliner. This was one of my favourite sets ever, and I had an absolute ball playing! Seeing so many friends on the dancefloor made it even better.
