French artist Panthera lands on Zone with a trio of tracks that take you to the heart of a dance floor amongst the stars. 'Kicks, snares, lasers' reads the bio of Panthera and it's a simple but effective summation of his sound. His exquisite synth craft brings raw energy to a dark nu-disco world and has landed on labels like Bordello A Parigi before now.This fresh EP opens up with the epic nine minute adventure that is 'Planet of Black Fear'. It's a synth-heavy cut with crystalline chords up top, pixelated pads in the background and stark snares and kicks steadily powering it along. The outboard synths and keyboards used to craft this one lend it an authentic 80s feel but are updated with modern ideas and sensuous vocal sounds drifting throughout the arrangement.'The Love Machine' is an excellent mid-tempo stomp that is lit up by introspective 80s chords. The bassline, subtle steps and crashing hits all bring a futuristic feel as this one chugs on through the cosmos. Last of all, 'Vengeance' picks up the pace with more busy arps and stiff, cold-wave drums. Warmth comes from soft cosmic chords which are full of subtle joy and optimism.This is a sublime trio of timeless synth sounds from Panthera.

Starting with laid-back groovy rhythms at 120 BPM that allow for easing into a set early in the evening. This first part is heavily influenced by South American artists and labels, such as Ademarr, Theus Mago, and Tierra de Ovnis. The set evolves in the final part towards more club-oriented tracks, evoking late-night vibes and higher BPMs.

Zaatar is an artist originally from Morocco, based in France, who has stood out since the beginning of her career for her unique sound signature. She carves her own path by delicately blending her Moroccan heritage with influences from EBM, New Beat, and Trance. Quickly becoming a force in the Body Music scene, Zaatar has built a reputation both as a prolific producer and a captivating DJ. Discovered on Ritmo Fatale with her powerful track "Abiad Al Layali," she released her first EP on the highly respected label Dischi Autunno.

Alongside recognized artists in the scene, she has already performed at the legendary Fuse club in Brussels, Gaïté Lyrique in Paris, Macadam in Nantes, Le Sucre in Lyon, Else and Renate in Berlin, as well as for Astropolis, Positive Education, and the Montreux Jazz Festival.

With her authentic and unconventional approach, Zaatar skillfully
multiplies her influences, breaking free from any stylistic or genre
barriers. She thus creates her own sonic landscape, characterized by captivating rhythms often accompanied by melancholic melodies.
