Steffen Ki has created a solfeggio frequency sound journey with the intention to provide a sound track for your daily gratitude ritual or for those who want to infuse their spiritual practices like meditation, yoga or breathwork with the vibration of gratitude.

“Gratitude to me is such a powerful vibration and the feeling of gratitude will instantly raise our vibration. But not only that. The frequency of gratitude is deeply connected and intertwined with the manifestation of abundance in our lifes. If we focus on whatever we are grateful for we are emanating
a frequency of “having” of “feeling complete” this frequency will then radiate out to the universe and like a magnet due to the law of resonance attract more things into our life that we can be grateful for.

So if you find yourself in a place of lack and you complain about not having enough, realize that this is the vibration you are sending out and therefore broadcasting more lack into your reality. Make it a daily ritual to focus on the things you are grateful for while listening to this journey and I guarantee you your life will change drastically into a more positive direction. Remember everything is vibration and in order to experience a higher more positive reality your frequencies must be a vibrational match to that reality.”



This soundjourney contains the solfeggio frequency 396 Hz which is related to the Root Chakra and heals issues of fear of survival as well as not feeling save or feeling ungrounded. It helps to calm down our nervous system and to release fear and negative emotions and thought patterns.

It also contains 528 Hz which is refered to as the “miracle frequency” it resonates and heals our DNA which is the antenna and receiver of light and information from which we manifest our physical reality.
It assists us to tap into our divine essence and unlock our highest potential.

 639 Hz is included as well and this solfeggio tone is related to the Heart Chakra. It is included to help us strenghten our self love and our ability to receive and to transmute the negative belief that we don't deserve to be loved or abundant. All the instruments are tuned to the "solfeggio tuning" of A= 444 Hz

May this journey assist the listeners to get into a state of gratitude, allowance and receptivity for all the abundance, love and joy they desire and deserve.

Sound has the power to heal.   As a musician I had always thought of music as art, and a way to entertain, but I have now started to look at music and sound in a new light. 

During an experience with extreme anxiety, I found music to be a valuable tool for helping me to work through it. Later, in order to understand more about what was going on with me (and to prove to myself that I wasn't completely insane), I started to read more about psychology and neuroscience and spirituality and anything that related to the "inner world" that I had re-discovered. Through this experience, I discovered the powerful value of music (frequency, sound and rhythm).  I was always attracted to the mysterious nature of music and sound, but now I see it's potential as a healing force and something that can be helpful for other people. In the process have also learned a lot about different mental states (states of consciousness) and how sound and frequency can help me to access and focus my mind in these states. 

Music is the study and artful use of frequencies, but in essence our whole world is frequency. Science acknowledges that everything is vibrating, from solid matter and our brainwaves down to the activity of the smallest particles we know of. The world we live in is a world of vibration. A world of music!

So, this is what has inspired me to start this SoundCloud page.  I have been working on music and sounds (mainly recording nature sounds, so far) not only for my own self therapy, but also to share with family and friends that had told me that they were dealing with similar issues (or just wanted music for meditation or for relaxing.) This is still an exploration for me and I hope you'll find this helpful in your life.
