Fantastic reinvention, Dave and Fernando. Much more interesting than the original one, as Ale said. I specially like the intro guitar and work throughout the song, and the kind of tribal drum pattern arrangement, much more in the Gabriel-Fripp vein. Great job!

I created an epic composition that tells an incredible story of the Princess of Shadows. The music is designed to not only captivate listeners, but also energize and invigorate them. My goal was to create an emotional journey through sound, and I believe I have accomplished that with this piece. The music is hauntingly beautiful, with driving beats and soaring instrumentals that will transport you to another world.
The main character is a mysterious and elusive figure who is constantly on the move, always one step ahead of those who seek to capture her. Her image is one of grace and beauty, but also fierce independence and strength. The music reflects all of these qualities, combining classical elegance with modern edge to create a truly mesmerizing sound.
Whether you are drawn to the powerful emotion of the music or simply want to get lost in the vivid imagery of the Princess of Shadows, this composition is sure to leave you feeling charged and inspired.

"I had a lot of fun with this and went overboard by actually singing along with Steven. I wanted to give the whole thing a Floydian/Police vibe with a more concise structure while retaining the catchy hooks and overall energy of the song. It's grittier and my apologies to Elton for giving him a voice reminiscent of Darth Vader. He's accompanied by a an ok computer robot who adds a few extra items from TODAY'S shopping list.
