HumanitZ has come a long way since its release!  We take a look at how this zombie survival game has evolved over the past year, and why we think it's definitely worth checking out in 2024. HumanitZ started with a solid foundation, but it's the constant updates it's now evolved into a more complex and engaging experience. The developers have been consistently adding new content and features, improving the gameplay mechanics, and listening to player feedback.

What We Love:
Challenging survival: Manage your food, water, and health while fighting off zombies.
Crazy zombie encounters: From sprinters to leapers, the zombies or zeeks are no picnic
Multiplayer mayhem: Team up with friends and take on the zombie hordes!
Meaningful updates: Each update adds something new and exciting.
Improved mechanics: From inventory to camera controls, it just keeps getting better.
Customization options: Tailor the experience to your playstyle, whether you want a hardcore challenge or a relaxed base-building session.
New challenges: Leaping zombies, underground bunkers, and more await in the latest update!
Base building: Create your own safe haven and customize it with furniture and decorations.

While HumanitZ has its flaws, it's still a fun and engaging survival game that's worth exploring in 2024.

The game can be challenging and requires a lot of time and effort to progress.
The game is isometric but the camera is always improving giving you more control
While every game has bugs/glitches the HumanitZ fixes them quickly and listens
Overall, HumanitZ is a solid survival game with a lot to offer. If you're looking for a challenging and immersive experience, you should definitely give it a try!

Rust has a reputation for being hardcore and unforgiving.  But with recent updates and a revamped tutorial, is it finally time for new players to jump in?  We put it to the test to see if Rust is truly welcoming to both newbies and veterans alike.

What We Loved:
The Tutorial: No more getting thrown to the wolves (literally!). The tutorial guides you through the basics of gathering, crafting, and building, without overwhelming you. Plus, it has some surprisingly funny moments!
Massive World: The island map is HUGE. We spent hours exploring forests, mountains, and beaches, and still felt like we'd barely scratched the surface.
Base Building: Building your own base is a core part of Rust, and it's super satisfying to create a fortress to protect your hard-earned loot.
Deep Crafting System: Rust has a ridiculously deep crafting system. You can make everything from simple tools to advanced weapons and vehicles. It's a tinkerer's dream!
Thriving Community: Even though we played on a medium-sized map, there were always tons of players online. The community is active and engaging, making for some exciting (and sometimes terrifying) encounters. 
The Challenges: Base Decay: One of the tougher aspects of Rust is that your base will decay over time if you don't keep it supplied with resources. This can be a challenge for new players who are still learning the ropes.
Always-Online Characters: When you log out of Rust, your character stays in the world. This means you could be vulnerable to attack while you're offline. It's something to keep in mind, especially if you're not playing on a private server.
PvP Focus: Rust is definitely a PvP-focused game. While you can avoid conflict to some extent, be prepared for some intense encounters with other players.

Overall: Rust is still a challenging game, but it's more accessible than ever.  The tutorial is a great starting point, and the vast world and deep crafting system provide endless hours of gameplay.  If you're looking for a hardcore survival experience with a thriving community, Rust is definitely worth checking out in 2024.

It has this pretty sweet mix of giving you all the freedom you need while also offering some guidance, so in a way you're able to come up with awesome hideouts without feeling buried under loads of tricky stuff. Here's why Sons of the Forest makes setting up your place super fun: 
-Letting Loose Creatively: Feel free to set up shop anywhere you like—whether that's on top of a mountain or by the beach—or maybe even in water sometimes. 
-Make It Your Own: You can actually blend those planned-out designs with doing-your-own-thing kind of building for one-of-a-kind spots. 
-Super Simple Controls: They’re quite easy-peasy to get used to, which is really great if you're just starting out. 
-Runs Smoothly: Build enormous bases but still have more or less good performance without wrecking your frame rate.
