The title track, “Looped Mind,” kicks things off in style with it’s snappy drums, cinematic stabs, muted horns, and jazzy piano chords.  “AL” is up next, with its soaring melodies, echoing vocals, pummeling bassline, and rolling Amen drums.  The song progresses beautifully from beginning to end, delivering a special experience for the listener.  The EP is rounded out with the dark, track grooves of “Failure,” and the all out dancefloor burners, “Stop For A While,” and “Fightin’ For.”  Treex is truly one of the Unsung Heroes of the scene, and this selection of tracks is guaranteed to draw more praises for his monumental productions.
