This track was part of a 4 track EP on Ten Pin records (UK) back in 1997, an underlabel of the mighty Nice&Ripe records.
At this stage I was a real beginner and only worked on a few pieces of gear, like ASR-10, SP-1200 etc.
The influences was funk, disco and Todd Terry.

Addvibe Give Me Zum Love

The addvibe project can be sorted in three timelines. Addvibe 1.0 was the period between 1996-1999 and I was mostly producing alone. While the addvibe 2.0 was 1999-2001, and the production was shared between to other producers/musicians and me. After about 15 years break from production Addvibe 3.0 is present time, and thus I mostly write and produce alone this days, I colab with great musicians that add's the flavour I love in my productions. Moreover, am very lucky to also have other producers to give me constructive feedback on work in progress.

So, to the point after this introduction! In the addvibe 2.0 period I was so lucky to work with two great musicians, and together we produced the album «luv&Happiness.» But not many people know that we started working on material to follow up this album.

In this process, I worked at home with a scetch, and it turned out pretty good in my ears. Every element was in place, like bass, keys, sounds&fx and even the structure. I brought it with me to the next studiosession we had, and after one round of listning, the other guys hooked up their instruments, gitar and rhodes, and I pressed record&play. So in one take only, we completed the track. I feel that this is a really nice addvibe track, and is to bad it didn't made it for an offical release.
