Born and raised in Woodbury New Jersey, in his high school years, Rich Quick  was the co-founder of a hip-hop group appropriately named “Rag Tag” because of their diverse and disorderly composition. 

In April 2012 Rich released, I'm With The DJ, and while touring for the project and after a show, Rich was approached by Jeff Davis aka Stress the White Boy. Stress and Chuck Treece, a powerhouse production duo referred to as STREECE (who have previously produced for Lil Wayne, The Roots, Gym Class Heroes, Travie McCoy, Tyga, Good Charlotte, Sting & Billy Joel among many others) and after hitting it off they began working with Rich on material that would eventually turn into his forthcoming Sad Songz EP which will be released on 8-20-2013.

The work on Sad Songz captured the attention of multi-Grammy award winning artist, Tim "Timebomb" Armstrong of Rancid & Transplants fame. Armstrong, a longtime friend of Stress, collaborated on a track with STREECE and Rich. The track entitled "Stay True" became part of the Tim Timebomb and Friends project and quickly became a fan favorite. 

The diversity and authenticity of Rich Quick's Sad Songz EP has already caught the attention of Allhiphop.com, Magnet Magazine, MSN.com, Urb.com, Respect-mag.com, Hiphopdx.com & Philadelphia Weekly and with his release date right around the corner, today he releases a bonus cut, "Travelin' Man,” from his forthcoming EP featuring 1/2 of Dilated Peoples & Reef The Lost Cauze and remixed by STREECE.  Other notable collaborators on Sad Songz include Jakk Frost & Vinnie Paz.

As M-Dot tells it, he and the legendary producer met in 2017 when they were on the same bill for a show in Switzerland. The two showed mutual admiration for their talents and kept in touch ever since, eventually leading to their making music together. The first result of that work is “The Atonement,” a bars-first, punishing track that demonstrates M-Dot’s love for the art of rhyming. He flexes some crazy patterns and internal rhymes atop Pete’s fittingly chilling instrumental.

The Soulslicers are a swiss producer team. They have always loved hip-hop and strive to keep real music (BoomBap, Soul Sound) relevant.  Even in current cultural changes they remain dedicated to the true form of the genre. 
A diverse factor the Soulslicers bring to the table is individual crew members offering varying stand out characteristics/skills.
