Most songs are made for my 1k synthesizer running on Amiga 1200 from the 90s. The tunes were for the most part made for 4k intros with the same names. Making music on this setup is like singing with a mouth full of cereal while mike tyson is coming at you with a ham in both hands.

Even though I've done music for quite some years now, I decided to use this SoundCloud thing for my entries for executable music and music for entries for size-restricted competitions only. All songs found here, are generated by using a software synthesizer by my group-member "revival" and they're used in competitions requiring the music - and some times visuals too - to be generated from a size-restricted executable file. 

All songs are free to download, use and distribute as long as I'm credited. So go and have fun with it if you please :-)

So, the time of the renaming is at hand.  I have gone by "deathy" for decades, but after being told repeatedly that the name didn't quite seem to fit me, and agreeing that it really didn't seem to fit with the style of music I was making any more, I have decided to change my name to "DJ DefE D."  It's not a huge change in the way it rolls off the tongue, but it does require some new profiles on the social media sites.  For right now, I'm going to concentrate on just Soundcloud and Facebook, but I'll expand that.

To help get some attention, as part of the renaming, I will be releasing a new mashup or remix weekly for the year of 2019, all free downloads of course... it won't be high art, but it'll be fun and there'll be a whole lotta music to listen to.

I hope you'll come over and keep listening to me under my new name!
