Empieza por hacerte muy consciente de tu respiración, esto te ayudará a ir aumentando tu concentración y acrecentando tu consciencia del presente. *Enciende una vela, perfuma con incienso o algún aromatizante el lugar donde vas a recibir la medicina sonora, todo esto te pondrá en una disposición cada vez más abierta y tranquila para sentir estos sonidos sanadores. Úntate el perfume que te entregamos, hazlo como un acto de gratitud a tu ser, una forma de honrarte... y aprovechamos para darte la gracias por existir y ser parte de la hermosura de la creación!. * A este punto sólo dale play al reproductor de audio, y déjate llevar por los sonidos que hemos preparado para ti, entra en el vuelo mágico, mantente con la mente abierta, sin expectativas, deja que este viaje sonoro te entregue lo que tiene para ti, mantente centrado en la respiración, y disfruta de la medicina de esta vibración!
