Love Injection is a New York music and culture monthly fanzine in print since February 2015, founded by DJs, archivists, and audio enthusiasts Paul Raffaele and Barbie Bertisch. Their namesake record label launched in 2020. Avid record and audio enthusiasts, Paul is also an art director and Barbie writes and performs music with various projects.

Opened up the small room (which was still quite big) for Cartel Kingsday. Started with zero people on the floor, steadily worked our way out of the depths into the higher atmospheres. 

This is a CDJ set. I had fun. Cycling to a gig in the sun is nice. Mixing tracks for 1-2min is fun as well and not really possible without looping. Maybe I’ll play more CDJ sets in the future?? who knows🔊
