Nothing ever really satisfied her. Every day something had to change. New hobbies or new groups of friends, moving to fresh locations or switching up her hair cut; whatever the decision, you could bet it wouldn't be long before that was old news. She masked it as a need to experiment and try different things, but deep down she couldn't find what really made her happy. And until she did she'd constantly be in a state of flux...

Lisbon's Magic Carpet take a different direction for their next release. Rather than focusing on contemporary cosmic sounds, for their eighth release they take a trip back in time to the mid-90s to unearth some forgotten gems from Tribal Italia producer DJ Fary. The label bosses got in touch with him in the hopes of reissuing two timeless cuts that, until now, were fetching eye-watering prices on Discogs. Stunned at what the music was going for, DJ Fary agreed to hand over the DATs of his original work so that a new discerning audience could connect with his cosmic, breaks-laced material, without paying a fortune.

And here we go, far out and yet so near, the third edition of “Risks Issues Opportunities” brings frontier reverberations scratching at the edges of dance, pop, downbeat, and other trance- portive sectors. Eight fast/slow propelling tracks. Adventurous, full of grandeur, gratifying the dance floor while equally winning the relaxation zones. Pure emotions crafted by newcomers. There is Milan’s Tagliabue, trancing slow and insightful. Or Cologne’s Grischerr, eloquently Tolouse-Low-Traxing. Info: I am happy to present our first tape release by The Jaffa Kid as part of the brand new Digital Artefacts series.

The series is an ode to the sound of the 90s, from Electro, IDM and Jungle to further different experimental stuff and sounds. The choice of tape as format seemed fitting for the aesthetic of the series.

The first EP comes from UK based The Jaffa Kid (previously on 030303, Dischi Nottetempo, Gated Recordings and more) and is a solid mixture of Electro, Techno and beyond.

Sonic Safari embarks on a magic carpet ride for its 8th release with "Aladdin Tales", a stunning collaboration between BiGz & Soire.

The duo conjure an Arabian-inspired organic house odyssey, weaving percussive grooves with hypnotic melodies and glistening desert atmospheres. Ancient flutes, resonant hand drums, and subtle oud-like strings drift through the mix, evoking the feeling of wandering through bustling souks and starlit dunes.

On remix duties, the enigmatic Kanaa Knight returns to Sonic Safari with a spellbinding reinterpretation. He not only reshapes the original into a mystical gem, but also adds Arabian vocal lines, as if guiding listeners into the depths of Aladdin's cave.

"Aladdin Tales" is a sonic adventure through time and sand, a must-have for lovers of ethno, organic, and deep melodic house.
