Sounds From NoWhere is pleased to premiere a new Eloim' track remixed by Troma & PERS1 on 'Nocturnal Frequencies'.
The crystalline sound of Eloim is re-worked in this 3 tracks EP. 
3 visions of cerebral techno which take us through different textures sometimes in the bed of a crystal river, with the Troma & Pers1’s remix - norman duo which already signed many elegant acid techno releases on Aquaregia. 
The aqueous quality of the sound can be find also in the Atomic Moog’s remix, which plays marvelously with the original elements and their metamorphic possibilities. 
Or other times in the power touch of b.mod which drills a tunnel in La Grande Montagna.

Grounded Podcast number 60 welcomes Argentinian duo, YYYY, who are residing in Buenos Aires. Starting off through experimentations of a wide range of genres, the pair quickly realised that through techno they could really project their feelings in bringing together a piece of music where visions and art collide. Having caught our attention with a fantastic release on Planet Rhythm several months ago, the pair continue to push new boundaries, maintaing a balance of control and chaos whilst generating different climates of emotions through their use of ambience and drones.

For the label's ninth release, Deep'a & Biri's Black Crow Records revisits one that helped establish the label's direction back in the imprint's first year.  BCR003, 'Insular Realms' by fellow Israeli producer Hakimonu, was praised by many including Resident Advisor, who said the EP proved "his off-kilter take on techno and house is as vibrant and inviting as ever".

Now in 2017, Deep'a & Biri have invited Mind Against, Luigi Tozzi and Echologist (aka dub techno veteran Brendon Moeller) to all rework the original version of Insular Realms for 2017.  First up are Life & Death's Mind Against, with one of the Fognini brothers most direct techno productions yet, with a mid-track moment of calm before the intensity resumes.

Luigi Tozzi, the Rome-based producer who has had previous outings on Dynamic Reflection and Dino Sabatini's Outis Music, contributes the second remix. Taking the lead from the original's more ethereal moments, his version is dreamy & almost wistful as it propels along its shaking rhythm.  

The B-side offers two takes from Brendon Moeller in his Echologist guise, with a Dub mix that twists the original into an acid-inflected track that slowly ratchets up the tension over its seven minutes, while the Reshape breaks things down into a churning rhythm peppered with flashes f off kilter sonic details.  Completing the package is a digital-only new rework by Hakimonu himself - a slowed down, marching rhythm that foregrounds Insular Realms's jazz influences with the addition of live brass instrumentation that compliment things wonderfully.

Making his Aquaregia debut, Téo Dréan presents two stimulating cuts, sonifying the fluid dichotomy between pleasure and pain. 

3x500 opens the release with a dreamy and dripping circuit. Grounded with a rumbling triplet bass, a reverberating acid stab strides alongside to reach the home stretch; a rising arpeggio enveloped in euphoria. Out of breath, the arpeggio reaches its highest point before falling back into its galloping rhythm, restarting once more.

10x400 forges ahead with a booming kick and hypnotizing percussion running the length of the track. Escorted by gentle sweeping pads, we're led to a possessing 303 as it meanders through the course. Lost in thought, the dizzy tension winds its way back to reality, relieved by the thunderous bass.
