Sounds From NoWhere welcomes aboard the Italian producer Violet Poison (Veleno Viola).

Violet Poison is the EBM/Wave moniker used by Francesco Baudazzi, previously known as Obtane, co-founder of Zooloft Records, alongside Giorgio Gigli. 
Today, he focuses on mutant sounds, drawing inspiration from Proto-EBM, Synth/Darkwave and Post-Punk, profoundly influenced and inspired by these obscure genres.
He actually runs his own label named Veleno Viola, focused on Proto-EBM and Industrial.  
Today we are thrilled to host this mind bending set from the artist, he takes us deep inside his crushing sound, moving through hard hitting techno, industrial and metal influences for a completely brutal trip.

He started collecting vinyls and djing at the beginning of the history of techno and participated in many projects always in an alternative and anarchist spirit. 

He currently manages the Deviate label and parties in Brussels and collaborates with many artists from the industrial, ebm and electro scene.

The centennial podcast of this series is brought to us by Morah. At some point in his career, the dark prince of Athens and resident of the Phormix label and event series achieved a unique and iconic status with his unconventional take on gritty electronic music that transcends genres. The first time we experienced this in the flesh was in the old Griessmuehle location on the Sonnenallee in 2019 and were blown away.

Whether it was his debut release on Helena Hauff's label, or the many life-changing performances over the years that are well-documented, his body of work speaks for itself as he graces labels such as Berceuse Heroique, Vanila, Brokntoys, Lux Rec, and most recently on Body Musick as well as a self-released album called Zesta. He's captained the Phormix event series as a resident and is a core part of the Athens crew whose label boasts some of the most exciting releases coming out. He's added another time-lasting performance to his list during the most recent DT Camp two weeks ago. It should be no surprise that we invited him as a special guest for our ADE event together with Pinkman Records on October 19th and can't wait 

These are trying times for all with many significant global events taking place almost daily. With this as the backdrop, we hope this series has brought some enjoyment. @aysh3l is a young DJ based in Athens. Her selections are located somewhere between tribal beats, hypnotic melodies and industrial sounds. Her sets are mostly based on industrial , through a constant exploration of dark and aetherial atmospheres, while also trying to bridge her metal music origins with techno and electro elements.

She is also 1/2 of Waiting Room, an ongoing project about the transformation of the [non] act of waiting into a [ritualistic] process, through the medium of electronic music , always trying to merge her backgrounds in DIY culture and club spaces, while also being on the lookout for new musical experiences. 

Monthly residency at Movement Athens Radio with her show "CALL NOW!" & at Fade Radio as "Waiting Room Premium Combos".

Meshes is an outstanding live artist and dj from Russia, currently based in Armenia. His sound is inspired by ebm-techno and different modern aggressive electronic with punkish vibes. In his own tracks you will often find analogue sounds of massive bass-lines, aggressive percussion and his vocals - expressive phrases with the tones of effects. In the following recording he brought together some of producers which inspires him at the moment with their emotional, dirty but stylish atmosphere.

For April episode, Entropy 熵 is excited to have @yearsofdenial as the special guest. Years of Denial will have their debut Asia live tour this coming June, with our 5 year anniversary party at @mihnclub Hong Kong as their first stop in Asia, followed by additional stops at Volnost Seoul, Loopy Hangzhou, and Elevator Shanghai. Their fresh new album on Veyl Records, Sucide Disco, is a masterfully combination of industrial music, Techno, and dark poetry. Their sound was once compared to something like Eurythmics meets Chris & Cosey with a techno twist. Unaffected by the current trend of fast bpm trance mxied with pop, Years of Denial's sound can be best described as slow, yet powerful and sexy, reminiscent of old school Berlin sound. Mick Wills started playing his beloved DJ sets in the second half of the dazzling 80’s. In the early 90’s DJ Hell took note of his talent and got him aboard as a resident of the legendary early International Deejay Gigolo gigs.

As the selector of the whole era of dance music his sets might be better described as master classes. His exploding cocktails of wave, dark house and techno turned loads of parties in to epic memories.

The man in subject built up his reputation fast and consequent throughout the world and also gave proof of being a dedicated producer and an in-demand remixer for labels such as International Deejay Gigolo, MinimalRome, Pinkman, Tabernacle & Rush Hour.

Mick is a freak and an avid record collector who plays like every night is his last. Again and again and again.
