“Life is like music for its own sake. We are living in an eternal now, and when we listen to music we are not listening to the past, we are not listening to the future, we are listening to an expanded present.”

― Alan Watts

Brown Liquor brings together diverse genres of music to tell a story to the audience & bring them to accept all forms of music. My mixes are my train of thought. I want to bring you inside my mind and share my wavelength. I can imagine myself playing anywhere, from the middle of the desert in Jordan or bringing up a crowd in Hong Kong.

Alidad is a London-based DJ with over 20 years behind the decks, known for weaving together rich, rhythm-driven sets that move across cultures and moods.

His sound blends deep grooves, melodic layers, and percussion-led energy, drawing inspiration from African, Latin, Middle Eastern, and minimal influences. Expressive, eclectic and always built to keep people moving, his sets can shift naturally from warm and soulful to darker, more hypnotic territory.

Alidad has played at iconic venues including Fabric, E1, The Steel Yard, and Loft Studios, with past residencies at Bacanal, Roxx, and RVLRY. From open-air festivals to late-night rooms, the focus stays the same: music with groove, character and movement.

Abigail's journey took her across vortexes and continents. With a lifetime of dance woven into her being and an innate gift for blending musical cultures, she creates journeys that allow freedom of expression and uplift the spirit. Her DJ sets are authentic, deep and sexy, tailored to the energy and field of each event.
