Founded in 2020 Future Avenue is an electronic music imprint which operates under the Sound Avenue umbrella. Sitting alongside fellow subdivisions 3rd Avenue and Crossfade Sounds, Future Avenue looks to provide a home for new and rising talent. With an ethos centred around progressive music and its surrounding derivatives, the label is a platform which gives up and coming artists a chance to showcase their music alongside established veterans as they carve out their own musical identity.

Sunexplosion dives into a more melodic and dreamlike corner of Progressive House with Phantom | Starcore | Gimmick — a deep and emotional three-track release. The title track Phantom is a collaboration between Slovak producer Allex and rising Russian talent Flaist. Flaist brings a cinematic, ambient-influenced edge, while Allex delivers his signature precision and drive. Both artists create a lush, layered opener full of melodic depth. Starcore and Gimmick follow as solo productions by Allex, offering rich textures, subtle rhythmic development, and a more introspective mood. This release marks a shift toward softer, more emotional territories — while still rooted in the underground Progressive sound the label stands for.

After making waves as a remixer, Max Blade returns to One Of A Kind with his first full original release on the label – the powerful two-track EP Rules Of Thoughts. Hailing from Santa Fe, Argentina, Max Blade (aka Maximiliano Nazara) has already built a reputation for forward-thinking sound design, earning support from legends like Nick Warren, Hernán Cattaneo, and John Digweed. With Rules Of Thoughts, he delivers an immersive progressive house experience that reaffirms his status as one of the scene’s most promising names.

The title track, “Rules Of Thoughts”, is a hypnotic journey built on evolving textures, lush pads, and a driving low-end that balances dancefloor energy with deep introspection. It’s progressive house at its finest – intelligent, melodic, and expansive. Taking the reins on remix duty is André Moret, the Brazilian maestro whose cosmic touch has been celebrated on labels like The Soundgarden, Plattenbank, and Clubsonica. His interpretation adds a shimmering, atmospheric layer to the original, blending celestial melodies with pulsating grooves for a stunning rework that feels both ethereal and club-ready.

The second original, “Event Horizon”, lives up to its name – dark yet radiant, with a gravitational pull that draws listeners into its emotive core. On remix duties, Plecta and Jelly For The Babies, already known for their collaborative synergy, transform Event Horizon into a deep, melodic voyage. Their remix highlights subtle organic touches and flowing harmonies, adding warmth and dimension while retaining the intensity of the original.

Together, these four cuts form a release that feels timeless yet fresh – a true progressive house gem. Rules Of Thoughts not only showcases Max Blade’s growth as a producer but also brings together three highly respected artists who elevate the project with their distinctive remix signatures.
