Ravanelli Disco Club is a disco house label based in Marseille that was established 2019. Over its three short years they have worked with key artists including Ron Basejam, Jimpster, JKriv, Cody Currie, Retromigration, Joe Corti, and Scruscru, with releases in the wings by Prins Thomas and Pete Herbert.

Next up on Ravanelli Disco Club comes slick French duo Palavas who hail from the sun-drenched coast of the South of France, somewhere between Montpellier and Marseille. Named after the Palavas resort - that was once the splendid queen of Mediterranean sandy beaches - the AZZUR Records founders are the epitome of the French dolce vita! With previous releases on Toucan Sound and Future Disco, their music is an intoxicating blend of nostalgia and cosmic futurism that dazzles discerning dancefloors every weekend with their shimmering solar odyssey.

On ‘Déesse D’été’ – which poetically translates to Summer Goddess - Palavas pay homage to the vibrant and infectious sound of the 80s, blending disco, funk, and new wave with a contemporary twist. This full-length journey provides us with a perfect summer soundtrack for the sunshine season, with upbeat rhythms and warm catchy melodies designed to get sun drenched bodies moving and grooving. Unearthing lost gems from deep underground is RFX’s speciality. With regular releases on his own imprint Fauve Records based in Hong Kong, we saw it fit for RFX to grace us with 4 edits from the beyond for our first On Point Worldwide Edits series. The first track is a heavy boogie electro beat with a lovable crackling sound, a very rare tune found in the UK attics with a lot of luck. Following this is a groovy Italo influenced jam with a bouncy feeling, perfect for those weirdos to do their thing on the dance-floors. The third is a Kwaito edit with the simplest of flute melodies and a raw beat that gets you hooked in the first 30 seconds. Add a splash of acid to the track and you get a late-night anthem. Last but not least, a choppy break-beat style track with Indian percussions & dark heavy bass for all those sweaty clubs.

The wax is ready to be trashed once again as numero 8 drops in our continuing Trash The Wax compilation series.

There are a few folks returning from previous outings with Danny Russell & Ronald Christoph dropping another chopped up disco funk bomb on 'Future's Gonna Get You'. Brian SNR is back with a wicked slo-mo chuggy'n dubby offering on 'Hot Shot' whilst JB Dizzy breaks out the arpeggiators to devastating effect on 'Freak Street'. Gaël De L'lvresse (now just going by De L'lvresse) presents a wicked bass driven infectious romp with 'Field River'.

Elsewhere there are cuts from long-standing friends and members of the Paper family; Joe Morris makes a long awaited return with a great piece of late night smoke and lasers style shenanigans on 'Smoke & Mirrors'. Kooky & Damoon drop more slick disco sounds, From Beyond delivers another cosmic sounding slice of brilliance and Pico takes things all trippy.

From newcomers, we have some jazzy edit vibes from The Secret Soul Society, a classic gets cut up and rearranged by Jahn Solo whilst there's an incredible bit of 80's soul /post disco sounds from Paper Street Soul.
