I dug out my Access Virus kB from a time capsule, underneath a lot of debris. I was reinfekted momentarily. So I made this. A symbiosis of hardware, guitar and synth, and a lot of software effects and a virtual drumbox.

It was a challenge to temper(mix) this wild thing, but the metal virus induced a strange kind of trance for over 7 minutes. The vistas was mind staggering.

I've been so far out lately, I no longer know what far out is. 
This track I've spent one day making, including some experiments that didn't make it into the final report.
New year on the way...The world is turning, a lot of things are brewing.

Hope it will be a good year for all my friends and everyone else for that matter. Hope a new or heightened consciousness about our only home will come about soon... I'm anxious...

Landed in Øydegard during some heavy rainfall to watch the rainclouds as the sun set. Very nice.

I have found some of my tracks on youtube on different videos and I'm honoured by that, but please let me know if you use my tracks, because I like to see and hear the result. Makes it feel more than a hobby just for my own enjoyment. (You know, to compensate for the GAS:-)
And remember, it's free to use for sampling, edit/remix, fixing, tweaking and I can send stems and such if anyone is interested. Attribution in my case means I want to hear the result :-)

Regarding the new mix, I forgot to compare the two mixes. Does it rumble a bit or is that a good thing? I mixed half asleep. Now to sleep...

Started as a test, ended up as a track.

Some reverb artifact at the start for some reason, probably impatience. Starting to render, while playing back... New version without that sometime soon(ish).

First attempt to use my Digitech GNX3000 with my microKorg. . A VST of a regular drum/rhythmbox supply the perc. 

Title influenced by Peter F Hamilton's Pandora's star from the Commonwealth saga. A must-read for any science fiction fan.

Investigating Dark Fortress generator (2013 mix)

Experiment gone haywire. A mechanical insanity screech out into the void with unwanted consciousnesses. This is not what it was meant to be. Self-altered directive, no propulsion, no goal, only the long wakeful wait.

(PS: I'm not sure what this is supposed to be, really. Removed most of what drove the original track and left the background static and added a heavily mangled track from years back. Not for tired ears, uploaded at midnight)

Korg SAS-20 was the first Korg keyboard with a chord recognition computer onboard. It dates from 1983 and weighs 11kg. Solid piece of equipment.

Mixed with and mostly for headphones, not sure how it'll sound on sound systems. For some tracks it's advisable to turn the sound up, but some tracks are quite loud. I don't know what I'm doing half(or more of) the time.
Time is elusive and opportunities for spending time on my music comes and goes fast. An hour here and two hours there...I need coffee...
