"Floating is my personal favorite from the EP, and like many of the songs I wrote during the pandemic, the quarantine lifestyle inspired this one. We all felt like we were just floating by from day to day, at least for a few weeks or months once lockdowns began. It was such a strange, undefined period that I began to notice time started to lose meaning, just like the days of the week. I felt like I was weaving in and out of each day. So I wanted to capture that exact feeling." -Ekonovah
