2022 has unarguably been a great year for Electro both with overall visibility for the genre as well as with the sheer number of quality releases being put out over the course of the year. This was also a year in which I took a break from my show and handed DJing responsibilities over to DJ friends from around the world. Couldn't be happier with how the year turned out for the show. I feel like It was a busy year both production-wise and promotion-wise for @DVSNME and @DarkScienceElectro respectively, however, I found some time to put together a mix of my favorite 22 tracks from 2022. Yosuke Ikeda aka AE35 is an Electro DJ / Producer in Tokyo, Japan.

In 2000 he started an event with his partners called “Tokyo Electro Beat Park”. Then he launched an Electro label “Tokyo Electro Beat Recordings”, released some compilations. In 2007, he released his first EP “Electric Sunrise E.P.” from Fdb Recordings. His “Underdrain EP” was chosen as 2nd out of 5 in Dave Clarke’s Electro Top 5 Nov 2013.

In 2014, he left “Tokyo Electro Beat Park” and launched new Electro label named "Anti Gravity Device".

His massive-Electro style is regarded highly both at home and abroad. 

He's making Electro-machine beats from the land of rising sun to the world.

FRANCOIS DILLINGER debuted his hybrid live and DJ set at Propaganda for the ECU Showcase using 2xCDJs and an Elektron Analog Rytm. In between electro classics and new cuts, Dillinger layered drum rhythms as a third deck and in some cases remixed his own tracks live as well as debuting some exclusive edits and forthcoming tracks from EPs coming soon on ECU and PPRZ.

From trippy slow beats to fast syncope experiments, Grischerrs taste lies on the other side of easy going. Nevertheless, feeling the music has been at the forefront of his ethos and music  since 2010. Growing up between both nature and big cities inspired him to dig for the dynamic.

As a - somewhat excellent - producer, he has records on Rotterhague, Panal and Heap's vienna based cult imprint, Neubau. Keep an eye out for more releases coming very soon.
