hieronymous is an ongoing instrumental music project, centered on the bass guitar and drums - the music is mainly improvisational, following the "instant composition" style pioneered by Can, Miles Davis, the Grateful Dead, etc.


Funk-Jazz trio - groove and improv - get lightheaded!

Bass is my primary instrument, I also play mandolin, digiridoo, guitar and train whistle! 

I have played in theater pits, concert bands,  orchestras, rock bands and everything inbetween. Music truly has no bounderies and can connect people - music is life.

I always like playing with different people and different styles of music. I cherish the magic that I have been apart of with the creative individuals and groups in the past, present and future.
