Plecta was born in 1986 and he lives in Athens. He has been involved with music since his childhood. At the young age of ten, he began his education in music with the guitar, but his passion slowly began to steer towards electronic music and the desire to compose such music.He is influenced by a huge range of sound colours throughout the electronic music scene. Over the years, his music creations increased even more. Doing composing, he realised Deep House music as organic , dreamy, melodic sounds were his spirit of energy and passion became the “signature” of Plecta’s musical compositions. His passion continues to drive him and be the main force behind his music. At the past, he has made several releases to other types of electronic music such as Techno, Minimal and more. However, the Deep House music is the one that eventually drew his attention. Inspired by new music ideas, his journey begins, giving a natural and electronic sound at his music creations and pushing his limits a step further.

Since 2017, co-founder, art & event manager of the collective and label @otawa-rec, i'm recognizable by my singular universe, inspired by travels around the world.

I lived in Dublin, Mexico DF, São Paulo, Paris and in Asia between my 19 and 27's and visited a bunch of other countries which led me to open up to world electronic music.

My style evolves between Downtempo, Deep and Progressive with Ethno Tribal tones and organic, spiritual, indigenous & shamanic influences.

I was fond of Dejay since childhood and I developed this talent when I was studying in Serbia then I became very fond of the organic house and ethnic morocco music,when I returned to my country Tunisia, I did a musical research on my country as a meeting place for many civilizations over time. ,i'm a person attached of old things and traditional civilizations, which prompted me to dive further into the music of other civilizations, and as I live in one of the desert cities in Tunisia, I was inspired by our diverse musical heritage, which includes, for example, the Berber civilization, and I had noted that these sounds and rhythms are rare as they are ancient. This is what prompted me to enter the world of music organic production because this kind of music, in my opinion, is able to live from one generation to the next and thus be able to leave a mark in history in the world of music.

His music is a vibrant fusion of electronic and organic sounds, from Downtempo to Deep and Progressive, inspired by his passion for travel and deep connections to traditional, ancestral, and indigenous cultures around the world. 

Prolific Composer (51 music on 18 labels - such as Casa Caos, Baikal Nomads, Mousiké, Akasha Mx, Cosmic Awakening, Monada, Kosa, Camel Riders, O’Tawa Records,.. )

Co-founder, artist resident, event organizer (22 in Paris and its region) & artistic director during 4 years (2018-2022) of the collective and label @otawa-rec.

He has organized his first Festival, Guru O'm Baya, from February 9 to 12, 2023 in Playa Venao, Panama. 

Lately, he launch his multicultural project : worldmusicsamples.com to allow composers and DJs to discover and use in their productions and / or mixes a wide range of samples (Rare ethnic & indigenous acapella voices, instruments, percussions, organic sounds) collected over more than 10 years of research around the world.

Dark Disco vol 3

Created by Binda and Sam Berdah in November 2010, this duo from Metz has been consistantly rising through the French electronic scene for the past years or so with dates at the Social Club (Paris), the Melusina (Luxembourg) playing alongside Mein Disco and Yuksek, as well as at the Rafiot (Strasbourg).

They have recently caught the attention of demanding DJs and producers Chloé and Daniel Avery with a collection of slow grinding edits (notably Kraftwerk's The Robots).

Their eclectic sets oscillate between House and Techno and are often sweetened with Soul and Funk. From all time classics to the newest, most contemporary electro tracks, Binda and Sam Berdah stand out with original and sophisticated mixes.  Club Bizarre refers to themselves as "music diffusers", and between two "tours de piste".

Porque acreditamos no poder do pensamento positivo, na força que faz a união e que juntos venceremos todas as pandemias, decidimos juntar-nos, uns quantos, para animar a nossa vida e a de outros tantos. 
Sábado, 28 de março, exactamente 10 dias após ser decretado o estado de emergência em Portugal, 45 anos após o último estado de sítio no país, na grande revolução de Abril, decidimos juntar estas nossas armas e lutar com todas as munições armazenadas na nossa alma, no nosso coração. 
O estado precisou “estabelecer medidas excecionais e temporárias de resposta à epidemia”. Nós seguimos a mesma linha. Temporariarmente (este dia, estas 14 horas), com a chancela do grupo 100 Maneiras, organizamos uma festa multidisciplinar, que junta cozinha, cocktails e vinhos, mas também yoga, maquilhagem, massagem, performance, comédia, teatro de improviso, sound journeys, concertos, DJ set... 
Não serão rosas, senhores, serão artes. Diversas, multifacetadas, para aprender a desenhar, a praticar yoga, a dar massagens ou a cozinhar. Weder weiß noch schwarz

Die Monotonie des Alltags legt sich um meinen Körper & Geist wie die langen Fangarme eines gefräßigen Tiefsee Krakens. Der immer gleiche Trott hält mich in seinem eisernen Griff wie eine stählerne Zwangsjacke. Das Leben rauscht an mir vorbei und steht doch still. Jeder Lichtblick ist ein Geschenk und ein wenig  Abwechslung ein gern gesehener Gast.

Kein Ende ist in Sicht. Doch zum Glück nicht das Ende der Geschicht. Mag die tägliche Routine auch ermüdend sein. So lässt uns die geistige Welt nicht lang allein. Kommt Zeit kommt Rat. Nun ist wahrlich jeder einzelne gefragt. Energie folgt der Aufmerksamkeit. Deshalb ist die individuelle Fähig- & Fertigkeit von größter Wichtigkeit. Vertraue deiner Intuition, denn sie ist und bleibt die verlässlichste Quelle der Information. 

Kaöb führt uns mit der 189 durch schattige Täler und lichtüberströmte Gipfel. Mit seinem Podcast offenbart er uns ungesehene Graustufen und letztendlich den goldenen Mittelweg.
