This Friday night, we experienced one of the legendary dust storms that Burning Man is famous for. At times, visibility was so limited that it was difficult to see beyond your own hand. Full disclosure: the storm actually destroyed the faders on the mixer.

However, amidst the storm, a special moment of playa magic unfolded, which Burning Man is also famous for. This unplanned B3B set was a spur-of-the-moment decision, and it got quite intense at times with the storm. Nevertheless, it gifted us a remarkable 6-hour journey that we will cherish forever.

 We were incredibly fortunate to have an amazing group of dusty souls marooned with us in the Paradisium Forest for this exceptional set. With open hearts and minds, they danced alongside us for hours through the storm and well after.
 We are so excited to share this and relive it together with you. Thank you for being here.

@contenance_milesaway are a swiss based DJ and Producer Duo. They started their project in 2016, being enchanted by their hometowns cozy electronic scene, where they both would work at clubs behind the scenes. Their love for music planted an urge to dive in deeper into mixing their own sounds. So they started meeting frequently, exchanging tracks and mixing together all kinds of different sounds they enjoyed at the time. Music has always been a big part in their lives, whether it would be trying out different instruments or playing in bands, or just plainly consuming
sounds from all parts of the world and from all kinds of different genres. These many influences can be heard in their sets and own productons. 

They don‘t like to limit themselves with genre boundaries, they would rather try to blend in different styles into something new and exciting. Sometimes they like it emotional and spherical, sometimes they like it fast and energetic. But what you most certainly always can hear is their love for melodies and grooves and to connect with the crowd and try to take them on a unforgettable journey of music. They are frequently welcomed guests in some of their home countrys well known clubs such as Hive, Kauz and Friedas Büxe. And in a short spam of time they have released a significant catalogue of originals and remixes on labels like Saisons, Art Vibes, 3000 Grad Records, Acker Records or BeKool Records, with many more in the pipeline.

On July 20th we set off on a boat from North Station in Moscow to a magical event on an island 60km outside of the city.  

Some of my favorite artists were playing including including Lee Burridge, Acid Pauli, The Mayan Warrior crew with Mandrake and Dramian, my homies from NYC Lovecraft and Cristian Voldstad, Alvaro Suarez and MOM and Geju, Doyeq and Agraba/Azamat (who I nominate for best set of the night).
