As we are working our way though &ndash; hopefully the last sprint of the lockdowns we though it would be only right to provide a soundtrack to that. So we&rsquo;ve invited our funky brother from down under MC Shureshock who has teamed up with 2 funky brothers from France: Prosper &amp; Stabfinger who has brought the funky disco backing track to the Lockdown jam.
Starting off with the epic House Vocal mix, which perfectly showcases the funky disco house flavors that Prosper and Stabfinger has perfected over the last couple of years. The catchy disco vibes goes perfectly with the funky oldskool rap flow from our very own MC Shureshock.
MC Shureshock was active on the Fun Police EP that dropped last year where he a joined forces with Kenny Beeper, who is responsible for co-producing the Breaks Mix on this EP, which makes a nice alternative for the breakbeat DJs.
We go full circle on this one and the Lockdown jam comes with a big re-funk from Kid Kenobi from Australia, who brought some big basslines and big vibes.
Finally both the house mix and breaks mix comes with instrumental version for the DJs to get creative in the mix.

Breakbeat Paradise Recording is on a journey of pushing funk and breaks to a new audience and joining forces with Greek-based Nasa Funk who is on the very same journey. Nasa Funk released their Stand Up track on the Funk Originals 12&rdquo; vinyl back in 2016 and is now ready to drop their first full EP on the label.
Nasa Funk who consists of Alexandros Spanidis: drums / Costas Chasiotis: bass / Alexandros Papoulidis: guitar / Charis Kapetanakis: saxophone, keys / Georges Perin: vocals, talkbox has been pushing funk and hiphop to the Greek audience since the late 90s which has earned a big following in though-out Greece. They are now ready to take on the world stage and has cooked up the funk anthem with the Covid relevant title: Gonna Work It. &ldquo;Love will prevail&rdquo; as lead singer Georges Perin puts it on this finger snapping, low-slung funk jam.
To complete the package Nasa Funk has teamed up with some of biggest talents in the electronic funk scene who are all giving their signature twist to the Gonna Work It joint.Starting off with the French producer duo Prosper &amp; Stabfinger who took the track to a completely different dimension by giving it a state-of-the-art nu-disco treatment. Prosper &amp; Stabfinger are known for their funky flavors and has recently journeyed into the world of disco and this remix is certainly a proof that they feel very much at home in that genre. Next up welcomes back a true BBP veteran and always reliable Jayl Funk who brings the heavy funky beats and skillfully turns the jam into a midtempo banger. Both previously mentioned remixes comewith instrumental mixes.For some alternative remixes Nasa Funk went to local DJ Mount Ten who took a more laid-back and chilled approach on the Gonna Work It track. Finally well known producer Cayetano took the original funk elements to twisted it into a trap jam. Prosper & Stabfinger are on a musical roll at the moment and their new 'I Know' EP on Bombstrikes is testament to that. After the success of their last release; 'In The Basement EP' which charted high in disco charts and was equally well received across the dance music spectrum, the French duo are back again with three tracks of P-Funk infused disco and dope hip hop rhymes with an all-star list of collaborations on board.

The title track from the EP sees the guys teaming up again with the legendary Ashley Slater and master of all things Funk, Georges Perin on a bass led disco groove. Both vocalists bring their A-game to the mic resulting in their distinctive styles playing off against each other perfectly. Next up is '2020 Hindsight', a moog funk-laden groove combined with old school beats and features the vocals of the exceptionally multi talented rapper, event host, writer and lyricist; EVeryman delivering vocals that not only stay with you but also superbly convey depth and a feeling that many of us can relate to right now. Last but by no means least is 'Funk Sauce' with the welcome return of another outstanding MC in the form of San Francisco b-girl and Hip-Hop aficionado Awoke, who is joined by funk musicians Death Town on this laid back groove that is the final ingredient to another fantastic release.

After the successful first volume of Disco Paradise, we at Breakbeat Paradise Recordings, thought it was about time to release some more of those happy vibes to try and lift us through these trying times.
Kicking of the album, is a legend of the disco/house scene, combining forces with a master of the funky breaks. Jet Boot Jack and Gramophone Soul have teamed up to give you a pumping dancefloor filler, filled with happy claps and pianos to make you smile. That&rsquo;s followed by a stomping track from the get go from Leygo, with his secret head nodding recipe to keep you going. Next up is the funk-fueled, vocal stabby number by Venture &amp; Capital, laced with an array of instruments bringing that old live style. Nicolas, founder of the duo Lumière, decides in 2008 to create a new solo project focused on live act and self-production. 
His research is limitless, and allows him to compose scores and jingles.
He doesn't limit himself on a single music genre, challenging himself in original compositions, mashups, and remixes. Creating musical hybrids, he achieves to build his own identity, thanks also to Endrez's graphics. 
He recently entered the musical collective Tha Groovy Basterds.
