Sumac presents Marakame, a 7 track album available in digital and vinyl formats including remixes by Siete Catorce and Cassius Select. "Marakame" or “mara'akame" means "who knows" or "who sees" in Huichol, an indigenous language of Mexico. Marakame also refers to shamans, who are considered intermediaries between the human and spiritual worlds. Working with these themes, places and histories, Viiaan has crafted a series of tracks exploring memory, grieving and ritual.

How To Heal (Dub Version)

Braindance envisions synapses firing and dancing to the rhythm of electric currents flowing through neurons. A fusion of intricate rhythms and deep frequencies, the track captures thought in motion—where the mind becomes the dancefloor.

3oz of it imagines a fluid subspecies that morphs with the rhythm, adapting its plasticity to the ever-evolving pulse of sound. Oscillating between tension and release, the track bends form and function, embodying the adaptability of sonic matter.

✴️ Iffi's first appearance on 00effort grabs attention with "sommer," an infectious party starter blending post-trance melody with kuduro/batida influences. "grasshopper" follows with garage-infused IDM complexity, layering delicate marimba patterns and floating synths over skittering drums. "wow!" is where gqom meets leftfield, in a blissful, Boards of Canada type of soundscape with percussive rustles, field recordings and out-of-tune whistles. Each track maintains its distinctive identity while perfectly complementing the others, illuminating different corners of the same vibrant universe. 🏜️💫

Polytope’s first EP welcomes two rising stars from the European bass music scene: Brussels-based fa:act and Parisian artist Meli Mena. The duo has crafted a six-track, club-ready opus featuring a special collaboration and a remix by Maoupa Mazzocchetti.

"COUGH TWICE IF YOU CARE" dives into the depths of the hardcore continuum with the distinctive styles of both artists on full display.

fa:act contributes two dancehall-inspired bangers with his signature touch: “Wizard Bubble” and “Breeze and Riddim.”

Meli Mena delivers two high-energy club tracks infused with breakbeat influences and IDM resonances: “Hot Girls Get Sad” and “SideQuest Nap.”

Together, the pair released the now-renowned 140 bpm club anthem “Dust Drip,” a track that has lit up dancefloors around the globe.

Each piece receives the unique analog treatment of Maoupa Mazzocchetti, who also contributes a powerful remix of Meli Mena’s “SideQuest Nap.”
