I've never guessed this song was so hard to remaster. All sources for the instrumental weren't very good to put it nicely. Too damp, too echoey, lots of replacement needed. Took me a week to get this clean version done.

The Misfits - Congratulations (Kai Woodland Mix)

As stupid as the lyrics of the song may be, it has a great dynamic, and it was the first duell/duets between both bands. And as Jem so perfectly sings, one little 'Click' can change your life forever.

I was afraid to remaster this a little, because seeing Kimber in my mind remembering her father from her youth was very, maybe too close to home for me.

Not one of my favorite Jem songs at all. Especially not given to recent events that happen everywhere in the world nowadays, but I started this song a week ago, and who knows what's gonna happen tomorrow.

This version is mixed from one of the few DAT recordings of the show. So, no disturbing noises by racing cars or rabbits poppin' outta books. Also this is the original length of the song. No extended parts or cuts, like we've seen in the two episodes it was featured in. You're welcome ;)

Usually I upload different versions of one song on the same day, anyway this one needed a little more cooking.
This time I edited some ambiance in, instead of out, to give it a "live" feeling, and bring it closer to the version of the show. But this time the transition from the intro to the song is on beat. The version of the episode wasn't. I hope this sounds like one piece. :)

Remastered, remixed and re-edited versions of the songs from the 80's cartoon Jem. This is a non profit project I'm doing for myself, and many others who also love Jem and The Holograms.

I strongly recommend using headphones or speakers for listening to these songs. Some of the effects used don't sound well squeezed through a mono source.

Please realize I've spent hours, days, weeks and sometimes even years to make them sound as they do now, without any personal gain. Taking them without permission, and claiming them their own, or selling them on ebay is NOT COOL!
