Backstory

“Father, Take Care of Her for Us in Christ”

This song was born from imagining the moment after Eden, when the dust finally settled and silence wrapped itself around Adam and Eve. Not the moment of judgment—but the moment afterward, when they had to look at each other with new eyes. Eyes that suddenly understood loss, shame, blame, fear… and the terrible weight of what they had broken together.

Adam, once entrusted to lead, protect, and love with truth, finally felt the full collapse of his failure. He realized he had offered Eve everything except the one thing she needed most—God Himself. He had been silent when he should have spoken, passive when he should have defended, proud when he should have humbled himself. And in that realization, his strength, wisdom and beauty vanished.
