Although having been inspired by music from an early age Yaseen began to pursue his passion for underground psychedelic music when he started djing in 2016, and rapidly became a household name across cape town playing at most indoor events such as Ears Don’t Lie, Psygasm, Trancemission, Paradigm and even at a State Alchemy event aswell. Slowly he began to take on the outdoor stages playing at festivals such as Alien Safari, STP Deception Festival, Our minds Festival aswell as Freaky Forest on multiple occasions. Signed to Our Minds Music and the owner of his own label Mythical Experience Rec, you’ll find that Yaseen is able to take on any time slot and take you on a truly psychedelic journey. He has put together a mean set for us over here over at State Alchemy taking us on a driving psychedelic adventure that’s sure to sooth your ears and get you grooving!

After 4 years, the idea evolved and shaped, discussions were had between some integral members of the South African psytrance scene, thus leading to the creation of S.A.M.
