Founder of Music Unity For Mental Health which sets out to help people with their mental health using music...This can be in events, gigs, music/dj workshops or just volunteering. We have held 3 events so far in our first year with more planned for 2020 including our first DJ workshops starting in the first half of 2020.
Below is a brief history of my musical exploits over the last 30+ years


Ant Banks has been involved in music for over 30 years and has been writing and producing music for 15+ years in various solo and band projects.&#13;
Whilst with the progressive house band Sugarglider who were signed to ADSR records in the UK,he co wrote various TV/Film themes and soundtracks.These included:&#13;
The theme to SkyTV channel Animal Planet's Animal X programme.&#13;
They also provided the full sound track to a Motor Racing Crash DVD presented by former Top Gear/5th Gear presenter Tiff Needell.&#13;
Aswell as recording for ADSR who had Worldwide Distribution through Universal, he recorded solo and again with Sugarglider for NAJM Records of Florida, USA.&#13;
He with the band completed several remix's for Warners USA including :&#13;
Madonna - 'Ray of Light'&#13;
Depeche Mode - 'I Feel Loved''&#13;
New Order - 'Crystal'&#13;
Sunscreem - 'Perfect Motion'&#13;
Lamb - 'Sweet'&#13;
Bis - 'The End Starts Today'&#13;
During his time with ADSR he undertook numerous solo projects under the name of Cascade, including writing a remix for Atlantabased progressive house act Echo, his remix of 'Nrvous' was included on their release and signed to ADSR. The remix garnered very positive reviews and was heard in clubs, and radio stations in the US and across Europe.Brandon Block of Kiss100 FM in the UKwas a big champion of the track.The remix was played out by numerous progressive DJ 's including Max Graham and Gene Carbonell.&#13;
NAJM Records used various Cascade tracks for their DJ mix releases.&#13;
Anthony is currently writing and producing as Halcyon Days.&#13;
More recently Halcyon Days was awarded Soundclouder of the Day(11/11/2010)&#13;
and Dark/Light was featured on BBC Essex Introducing(12/11/2010 and 19/11/2010)&#13;
Electro Gaze was also chosen as a 'Hot Pick'&#13;
In Future Music' December issue of 2010 and appeared on the Covermount Disc.The Radio Edit was also aired on BBC Essex Introducing(26/11/2010)&#13;
Most recently he completed and released a remix of RJ Chavalier's Just One Day&#13;
