Plus Thirty have developed a unique style; a dynamic, groovy, deep and hypnotic fusion of genres that perfectly fits in any kind of club or open-air festival. The talented Plus Thirty crew team up with Athens based George Ledakis this time around, to mark their return on 238W with ‘Serendipity'.

The original uses rhythmic beeps and a mellow synth stab to create a driving rhythm before the atmospheric pads create a beautiful setting, which fires with all guns blazing to produce a club monster that growls. Combining the best of both worlds, Plus Thirty & George have come up with something unique and distinctive to make this release extra special.

Adding to our list of all-star remixers, we brought in Dmitry Molosh who knows a thing or two when it comes to mind blowing reworks, turning his mix into an irresistible track using the original elements with perfection. Mr. Molosh layers more melodies and effects, whilst upping the flow with cleverly programmed percussion and his trademark FX elements, without destroying the essence of the original. His rework deserves to be branded ‘essential' in any sense of the word.

The final remix comes courtesy of Ewan Rill, who brings a more progressive edge to Serendipity. Ewan layers more melodies and effects, whilst upping the energy with cleverly programmed percussion and his trademark bass. The track continues to build on a solid foundation of tough percussive grooves and harmonies before coming to its conclusion.

Plus Thirty & George Ledakis return to 238W is an accomplished piece of work that highlights, that they're true masters of their craft. Massive stuff that is not to be missed!

PREMIERE: Savvas - Haunting Melodies (Jelly for the Babies Remix) [Submarine Vibes]

For our last release of 2016 we have a moody, melodic cut from label regular Giorgio Rusconi, this time in collaboration with Deborah De Luca. Spectrum is a trance-tinged piece of atmospheric techno, with hypnotic arpeggios and hefty stabs deftly woven together to form a real standout track.
Remix duties are covered by label bosses Spektre, who space out the synths whilst adding some pace to the drumtrack, and The Reactivitz, who puts his trademark percussive slant on the parts.

Kicking off with his signature dark and heavy sound is 'Boney'. With deep kicks and a diabolic sub-bass as a foundation, this track gears itself to be a minimal tech weapon. Layers of smooth synth stabs and snappy vocals, and breaks filled with sustained synths create an air of mystery throughout, making this track a wonderful after-hours groover. 
 
Up next is 'Call it a Tool', an uptempo techno number formed over Kevin's keynote underground feel. Pulsating with attitude throughout, this track is perfectly placed to build up energy in any application. A deeper yet percussive rendition of the original by Tripmastaz and Basement Kid offers another hard-hitting techno weapon. 
 
Closing off the EP is 'Real Love', a chunky groover with a fast-moving, fat bass riff pushing at the seams of the track. A variety of bright percussion flows right through, controlling the pace and growing tension, leaving you wanting more.

Get Physical welcomes São Paulo’s very own Andre Salata to the family with his 3 tracker, the Magnetism EP; featuring two originals plus a dubspeeka mix. Formerly known as Elemental X, the Brazilian producer spends his time not only feeding the fire by pushing the limits, but also by spreading the fire; preaching the techno-gospel to all who wish to learn via user groups workshops and music teachings in Brazil. 
On to the EP: Opening with the title track, the EP hangs on a techno vibe, with driving synths and bubbling arpeggios. Underneath, a hefty beat moves the floor. The foundation of the track is gold, in terms of style and weight. 
Continuing the theme, ‘Symbols’ is a similar late night banger with the same peak time potential. Low rumbling kicks beating down the floor as dub chords slide around, all building up to something even bigger. 
dubspeeka’s version of ‘Symbol’ takes the same road, giving off an almost ‘Berghain’ vibe; something not to be taken lightly. He keeps the percussion exciting and diverse, surprising with little bits here and there, atmospheric techno at its finest.
